^ I was just thinking about it the other day-and about once favourite, now forgotten models of US Vogue. In case of Anna, I guess she isn't there because a) she's "too commercial" now b) well, you gotta admit Steven Meisel hasn't worked with Anna for some time now-of course there are other photographers working for Vogue US but I assume he is the most influential one. That said, it is strange that e.g. Karlie Kloss appeared in Vogue US more times than Anna (I think ) and she wasn't on the cover of it. And Anna was on the front one, with Natalia and Liya :|

I'm pretty sure this headline comes from 2009 Vogue US issue with models on the cover and "the man" it meant was Steven Meisel, the photographer who hadn't dated any of the models from this cover.... wrote this just to clear this up, because the rest of the post is true
