Well, Jamaican Jaunel McKenzie was quite succesfull a few seasons ago... not that much as Brazilian models or Arlenis, but she was the first Jamaican and Caribbean model to appear in Vogue US I nglected this thread Sam, thanks SO much for your posts here, and this VS photo is just fantastic! Arlenis got in half a year more than most models can wish for-opening a show for a known designer (Oscar De La Renta), appearing in Vogue Italia and Vogue US, Harper's Bazaar and landing a contract for Lancome! If she'll appear at VSFS, that would be even more "wow"-ing.

Well, I don't think so, but better sth than nothing, right? Continuing... Ania also painted beautifully. Katarzyna Tabaka: "Once she made us make-ups for a Halloween party, later queues were standing to her. She was organising all school charity actions. "Listen" she was saying with enthusiasm "we will bake lots of cakes, and later we'll sell them". Ania was ambitious since she was a child, even in details. It was enough to say sth for Ania, as Kasia Tabaka remembers, that she used to eat watermelons with peels and when someone said "so prove it", Ania on eyes of the whole class took to her mouth a huge piece of an unpeeled watermelon. "Ania never could give up, there were things, she just "knew" the best and there was no discussion with her about that." She was learning brilliantly, the best from geography. She was telling her friends she'll become an African studies expert (??-sorry, can't find it in a dictionary) and during breaks she was sitting with Kapuscinski's "Heban" and reading with blushes. Deep inside she was dreaming about becoming a model. She was watching music videos with Linda Evangelista and Naomi Campbell and dreaming about her spectacular career. "Ania was 12-years-old when a person directing a model agency from Katowice arrived to her school" tells Ewa Rubik. "Daughter was persuading me to come for a meeting with her. Obviously, she was too young then". "I just want to know if I am right" Ania begged. Lady from Katowice said just a few words: you suit in perfectly. All for today, tomorrow (I hope) the part about Ania in a modelling competition

Need Help Identifying 2 Runway Shows!
Oh, well, idk.... but, maybe try checking Kamila's profile at fashionmodeldirectory, then see the list of her shows. These look like s/s season and from Milan fashion week. And, in this video you can see a bit of Kamila's appearance at Byblos. So, check in which s/s seasons Kamila walked for Byblos, and then see what are the rest of Milan shows.... Hope that helps a bit....

Eniko Mihalik 57 Shows: “I have to say I enjoyed NY fashion week the most. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any special treatments such as relaxing massages, but I guess it wasn’t the right time and place for that! When I think back of this season, the first memory that comes to my mind is the backstage of Lacoste. Basically I was the only girl who had a bikini as her outfit, plus I had to walk out with a golf bag. Before we started the show, at the line up everyone was joking with me like “Hey which golf club allows people to wear bikini!?” or “Oh I got it! You are carrying your boyfriend’s stuff… ” then right before I did my walk with the huge bag the designer told me “I want you to feel happy on the catwalk! Don’t just smile! Laugh!” So I did it and that was my wicked backstage experience of NY fashion week this season.” models.com
