propably I don't mind that because I have been eating a lot recently because of the holiday but I also walk a lot so I never really gain more than 1 or 2 kg so I really don't mind I also don't eat junk food because I don't like them so that leaves only exercising which I hate btw but you're right-when you keep that perfect body pic in your mind it isn't hart at all
