I generally like to exercise, but ive been gaining the typical ''holiday weight''. Thank god im naturally thin or else i'd be way overweight by now. What exercise tapes or videos do you guys recommend? I need one that burns a lot of calories, preferably an hour long, and that is pretty simple. Suggestions?

Damn, cuz I hate using coverup every day... Hopefully they'll only take a couple months or so. Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, I think that's a weird thing for her to say. I understand if she wants some meat on her bones, but I doubt she really said she wanted to get pregnant for kickstarting a new figure...

About Nicole "looking like poop"..... Models are supposed to start very young. Some start even as early as twelve. The point of being a model is to be tall, thin, with good skin, and look young and fresh. Adriana Lima started modeling at age 13, Gemma Ward is god knows how old but looks 14. And saying she looks bad is just outlandish. She happened to be one of the more beautiful girls on that show, not to mention that each girl was uniquely beautiful anyway. Yes, Nik looks exotic or whatever, but can't we bring back pretty? Exotic has become so overused, that it's now commonplace anyway. I think the best model was obviously Lisa, but she was older and unstable. They have to find a balance. Maybe Nicole wasn't the best girl in the competition, but insulting her outright is just catty. I'd like to see YOU, alexapaola, try to model and look that good... <_<

I wouldn't name Adriana or Gisele as the poster girl for curves. For curves I think Beyonce, Tyra, Scarlett Johansen. In my opinion, if your weight falls in the underweight range on the BMI charts, you're not very curvy. Adriana and Gisele have gorgeous bodies that I idolize, but they simply don't fit the bill for femininely voluptuous.

My hair is dark brown with hints of red, about 4 inches past my shoulders, and layered. I recently got kind of a weird haircut though. I'm trying to get my hair super long.

I have a question... I recently stopped picking my pimples and like... squeezing pores (disgusting, I know), but I have little purple or red blotches on my skin now. Any tips on how to speed up the fading process? Thanks. =)

:yuckky: I absolutely NEVER go tanning. My skin freckles and spots really easily, and I want to avoid wrinkles. I used to tan a lot, but people like Liv Tyler and Nicole Linkletter finally made me realize I look just as pretty when I don't abuse my skin... but still, sometimes I wish I was naturally golden.

It's not really ''perfect flawless'' the agencies are going for when they hire models. And all of the models have a good ''look'', but I do agree that I prefer the sexy, marketable look. However, this is not to say that anyone but adriana, ale, ana (ugh), and petra, isnt sexy. none of the women's faces are disgusting. the redhead looks too young and that other one looks too skinny (a model that looks too skinny? thats saying something.). But, I see that they all are at least pretty striking women and the clothes drape well.

I don't think they have to be brazillian, but they oughta be sexy with a little personality. That freakin redhead makes the catalogue look like child porn. And then theres all those weird, typical masculine emaciated high fashion models with cold stares. Arg.

You have a bomb body (my compliments), but you certainly do not look as thin as Adri. I look a teensy thinner than you at 5'9'' and 125. but you seem to have a good deal of muscle mass. My guess is that Adriana is about 117. ALessandra is 114, and adriana actually has less leg muscle. I used to be bulimic, but now I'm fine and I just love fitness, so I've done a lot of studying on leanness and BMI and height/weight ratios, esp. with models and the such. I work at a gym.

Adriana's a lot skinnier than this girl. Given, they lok very much alike, but it isn't her.

Stacy Keibler easily has the sexiest bod, but I voted Sharapova as most beautiful.

OTHER - AISHWARYA RAI!!! Not to mention how beautiful she is, but she's well-spoken, intelligent, family-oriented, and religious.

Haha! Yeah, too much airbrush tan and bronzer. I think her unmakeuped tan skin is gorgeous, but I also like her delicate paler skin too. Too much makeup makes her look weird, not light skin. <_< I happen to be very pale.
