Yea!!

It’s been slowly happening since I can remember. It has only skyrocketed and escalated since our “fake news” has become so widespread. I blame social media, among other things whom I too tired to note here tonight.

Now I’ve seen everything.

The spice cake could be the clove and allspice that is used. The pineapple cake is probably due to using extracts and flavoring.

I agree! Dogs (and cats) should only be bred if you’re doing show dogs. I hate how there is a glut on these creatures. That dog’s slope is way too much, it looks like hip dysplasia. On the first look, I wondered, is it a German Shepard or is it a Malinois dog? They look similar to either one.

Quite interesting in the statistics. It reminds me about the odds of one of my friends who her first and last children were born in the same day.

I say no. Just as our gov’ner and metroplex judges relax the business restrictions we get several cities reporting a rise in infected people, and more deaths. I know both sides of that argument well, I have a brother that has been furloughed for 3 months now, and really needs to go back to work, though I believe the relaxing of the businesses to open is not a good idea. Brother dear is in the travel industry and has worked from home for at least ten years.

To me, it really depends on the type of cake. Though I have noticed that the extra egg is balanced by milk and the melted butter. The key in my kitchen is to really use the mixer for at least the time suggested, ie: 2minutes. If you mix a bit longer it doesn’t seem to alter the fluffiness. Sometimes I’ll be a rebel and go for Pillsbury!

That is similar to my cake mix add ins. Use milk in place of water, use melted butter/ margarine instead of the oil, and add an extra egg. Time your mixing to the what it says, like 2minutes with an electric mixer. Everything else is the same. Same cooking times, etc. Red velvet is a very good one.
