yep,it's not in that case ok I'll write what I do and tell me if I make mistake somewhere I upload my gif and make a new layer, gif has 64 frames,so I make layers copies to 64 and then I paste my gif frames on layer frames and this is what I get after I pasted gif frames, the original layer is blocked and can't put it up, but if I duplicate it,I can move it up, but it doesn't work then I duplicated the background layer and move it up on the top should I make the effect on a layer before pasting gif frames ?

Rainey Yes, be they BFCA nods or Oscars none of these awards can give DiCaprio something he doesn't already have : He already: 1. Considered one of the best of his generation 2. Is so world famous that one need ony say "Leo" and all know who you are talking about 3. Already commands top salary /back end points/ plus upfront deals such as with Inception 4. Already has his pick of top scripts ,as well as, being allowed a great deal of "input" to the script when he does sign on to a film project 5. Already works with and is sort by the top directors in the world : Scorsese, Spielberg, Nolan, Allen, Tarantino,etc Also, I agree Leo keeps his focus on the 'performance' not the 'award' ; the peformance lives on long after everyone has forgotten who was nodded/won in a given year . very well said, ox! I remember I was reading somewhere,only the actor whose career can be changed for better can get an Oscar, I mean when the actor wins Oscar,it should change his career somehow,that's how they choose the winners,and if Leo wins,how his career should change, cuz he already has amazing and dreamy career,that many many actors wish to have wow loved this one!!!

I did the effect on the main layer before making it's copies but effect spread on all layers and here's what I got even tried to make the effect on the main layer after pasting gif frames ,I put main layer on the top and all the frames including gif frames became main layer lookalike

I did it on seperated layer and put it on the top of all layers,but after I did the effect on it wait I'll do it and show!

Letting PS make the caps itself is indeed much faster, but let's say my photoshop isn't really official and not capable of doing that ah that's another thing
