NATO has been de-fanged by Russia, losing hundreds of billions of aid money & dollar value of armaments to Ukraine. Worse, NATO and the US exhausted their ammunition supply while would take many years, some estimates are 1-2 decades to recover. The whole world knows that Western weapons, tactics, and training are average and don't present a world-beating threat. Ukraine is in permanent ruins with no economic future lost more than 10 million people, and the Russians control most of the annexed pro-Russian provinces. Now Ukraine- US are trying to negotiate their surrender.
