it didn't make logical sense when I studied it in either high school, college, master's level certifications etc.... it is dogsh*t
It's interesting/weird to see how much traction bodybuilders get on social media. Before social media they wouldn't have these opportunities. What's messed up about it is that all of these fitness influencers actually promote body dysmorphia and steriods even if they publicly condemn them.
