Yeah I think so. I remember back in 2010 when Leo attended an event in Germany when he was there for Shutter island press and he wished his mom happy birthday on stage...and it was valentines Day I believe. Could be it was just close to her birthday like her birthday could have actually been February 13th or the 15th and he just still chose the opportunity to give her a shout out but I always had it in my head that her Bday was Valentine's Day, and that's what I think when I google her birthday it just says 1943 but for George DiCaprio it actually states everything aka November 30 1943. But either way we know for sure his moms birthday is soon. Seems Dave is on vacation.... Wonder how long they are staying will she come back for BAFTA. Don't know

February 14th it starts 7pm GMT time and since London is five hours ahead (well for me) then it means it starts 2pm EST. It's being televised on BBC one at 9pm (GMT) though because they always edit the show first before airing on TV. Which means 4pm Eastern time. Don't know if I get the channel though. Either way all the winners will already be announced on the Internet by the time the show actually airs on TV. a lot of his friends are there at AMFAR ... Madison Keadrick (dating his friend Helly Nahmad's brother) and Jessica Strother are there too. By the way Madison is at an aMFAR after party now, so I would guess perhaps Leo and most of the people who were at AMFAR are at that right now seeing Robert and Leo together, cute because of the Scorsese connection and This Boys life... but first thing I thought of when seeing this pic is that I hope Leo doesn't go the Deniro route when he's older and star in movies like "Dirty Grandpa" Deniro is movie icon (rightfully so) but these days, outside of DOR (David O. Russell) films he's been in a lot of questionable films. I'm all for Leo branching out into different genres (comedy, sci-fi you name it) but still keeping his integrity and eye for a good script. Inception was sci-fi/ action, blockbuster while still being unique and a quality film. Wolf of Wall Street had comedic elements, quality film. Stuff like that

When you say gain weight, you mean putting on muscle? Actually for awhile now I've been looking forward to a role that requires Leo to bulk up in a way that we've never seen him look before. It would be so cool to see. Just for a movie though, because I like that in his personal life he's not obsessed with being a muscle man

So many rumoured projects. But the idea of Leo reteaming with Alejandro is OK with me. They seem to work really well together and their relationship is really sweet. And of course Alejandro has proven his capability of directing quality films. But like anything else, we'll see

Sorry, but Gosh im tired of the #oscarssowhite thing, for the rest of award season wish they'd just focus on the nominees and give that a rest (they cant change anything now, whats done is done for this award season) after the Oscars they can talk about it all they want. I didnt click the Daily Mail link but saw it written in the headline link

The Weeknd sure is tiny, Leo is definitely the best looker of those 3. Also, I loved those new pap pics. Leo's stomach appears flat and it was nice to see him casually dressed with backwards baseball cap again. I had to do a double take at first I thought those pics might have been old, I guess because it reminded me of past pics when he dressed similar and was younger. He looks younger, to me, when he dresses like this.

I wish the camera was on the opposite side at the beginning when AGI's name was called to see Leo's expression. But his smile at the end is adorable, he looks truly happy!

Alejandro I would think would be considered the frontrunner for best director at the Oscars now, but best picture is not a lock, there's still a race between The Big Short, Spotlight and The Revenant.

Saw it written on IMDB, Apparently Matt Damon said this while presenting to Ridley Scott at the DGA. Praising Ridley Scott's directing of The Martian, but at the same time I guess in a way....a stab/joke at The Revenants long shoot and over budgeting.

The Medallion you see Leo giving to AGI is what all the other best director nominees receive too. This is is a long award ceremony, it will probably be over an hour before best film director is announced. They have dinner and dessert breaks in between giving out awards.
