They didn't show a lot of stuff like the George Michael tribute/remake, Ale and Behati's stuff they filmed, and Adriana's pre-taped stuff. I didn't see the point in Heidi hosting this year. Usually when she does it at least makes sense, but with the model search it just didn't work. You know they wanted to show more of that BS because even it seemed rushed. Edit: Ale and Behati's stuff are supposedly up on VSAllAccess. And I really thought they would've had the George Michaels thing as the show opener, but then the BEP's performance opener was pretty great. Basically, they had an option there to focus on Alessandra or not (because she had a big part in that remake) and they chose not to. Shows where their priorities are.

Adriana's baby shower was today! There were musical performances and belly dancers. It sounds like it was a great time. If and when we get pictures we'll post them!

KK talks to the fake Isabeli and was also talking to alelovesanja (fake Ale) for awhile there so I could imagine they are just clueless. I think it was at KK's baby shower where KK finally realized she was talking to a fake Ale. I think Ale just confirmed the fake AnaBB because they were hanging out and Ale probably asked her if she had one (she said Ana would be getting one), but I don't think she talks to Miranda like that anyway. You know what I'm saying?

So, sounds like she'll get wings again this year? Maybe she was just hoping because I don't think she would know what she was wearing or getting until she got there.

No, Heidi is going for sure, and there's a whole bunch of stuff attached to that because you know she has to be sent off like the HBIC that she is, but yes, other people are going too. Whether it be because they're leaving or their contracts are up. I don't know whose contracts expire when and I don't think anyone does know for sure except the girls themselves, but supposedly nobody except for Adriana and Ale are safe come next year which means we were all wrong in calculating their contracts somehow. So basically she will announce in the show she is done and there will be a big hoorah for her etc etc etc lol. Well i hope it all works out. I cant say im too happy that Miranda most likely will no longer be an angel. But at the same time she has had a great run with the company and i doubt there would be bad blood so maybe she will be like Selita and Izabel and still do the shows and stuff which i would like. Now Miranda can focus on building up her HF career. I don't know if Heidi plans on making this show her last, nor do I think she'll be at next year's show. But I do know they are planning something for next year.

My bad, Kev. I didn't see what you said about Miranda (early next year) and Doutzen, but Doutzen supposedly signed in Dec. of 2007 so I don't get it and I'm not trying to wrack my brain about it. But like I said, nobody knows for sure except them and VS. However, VS is claiming nobody is safe next year.

True, I suppose. But it's also been confirmed that the line-up is changing next year anyway and maybe one or two of the fake Angels might actually get a contract.

What Vamp said. There aren't 5 new Angels. It was a big misunderstanding. Actually, it wasn't a misunderstanding on our behalf because all the signs were there, but it's more like a misunderstanding on VS' behalf. Next year, maybe some (not all) of the 5 will be Angels when they let go/don't renew some of the old Angels, but for now there's only 6.

Alright, they're like 98% reliable if you want to count the Twitter and birthday issues, but they know what they're talking about and models trust them.

I'd say they're actually very reliable. I can understand them not knowing who is real and who isn't on Twitter because really, nobody does until they post a picture of themselves we've never seen. I even had to point out Ale's real Twitter to someone who works at VS.

It's in NYC, so maybe all the angels will be there! (5 new ones included) Thanks for the news! I think we would've heard something about it though if the girls were going to be there. With Herald and Lexington being flagship stores, I don't think this one is. But all the girls seem to be in New York so you never know. Maybe they'll use it for the events coming up.

I think it's Anne. She's been in New York for awhile now (I read her Twitter). It would also explain her being at that VS meeting with Adriana like you said, Kev.

Opening credits? I think this is a great idea, but I think it will cause an uproar at the same time to the people who were fans of the original.

I think there will be a longer, traditional runway, but what does it matter when they'll hardly have time to show the girls walking down it? I'm sensing some really bad editing again. I don't know how they're going to pull this off and cut it down into an hour.

I don't know what they have planned for her, but when contacted yesterday, VS still held firm about her being a part of the show "no matter what" and before that they told us she would play a big part, but that's all they would/could say along with insinuating a very busy and huge year for her next year like Lost_Soul said. Even going as far as to call it her year. But you're right. If they do Angel profiles this year that is more than half the show so 5 seconds would be a fairly big part. Just kidding!

Izabel was the only one who left and now look where she is. Selita and KK's contracts weren't renewed, but I think Selita still has a catalog contract.

Why is it weird that they took a girl who has never walked a new? Selita (though she tried out and didn't make it), Izabel, and Marisa (I think she was signed later after the show, but I'm not sure) never walked before they were Angels.
