I second this emoticon. It would be nice to see her at Givenchy, but everyone and their mama is making a comeback this FW. Maybe she didn't want to be a part of that. I still hate her though. Just kidding.

Supposedly no VS girls are in Givenchy, but it's not 100% certain. We'll just have to wait and see.

I would actually believe that they dropped the whole Angel thing if it weren't for Candice and Behati calling themselves Angels and Ale recently saying her "Angel contract" was until 2012. I'm expecting to get in the mail a letter from VS saying that they're going to start calling the Angels card the Supermodels card from now on.

You're right about how the media calls all girls who model for VS "Angels", but the thing is that there was like 6 other girls in the segment with her and they specifically picked her out to call her an Angel or their newest Angel as they said. At the same time, I don't remember if they even called Ale one (which we know she is) so who knows. As a matter of fact, I think they actually asked Rosie about her Angel status after the whole newest Angel thing and she basically said she was. I wonder if anyone capped it because I saw it really quickly.

I think when the girls were shown on a segment of E! News not too long ago for the I Love My Body commercial they mentioned Rosie as being the newest Angel just like they did with Miranda.

Imagine an AAA tour now? They would have to tape that sh*t and show it on the CW like it's ANTM. It would be that drama filled. Chanel would be the crazy one that nobody likes. Ale would be the one everyone thinks has an eating disorder. Miranda would be the boring one who thinks she's better than everyone. Heidi would be old looking one. Adriana would be the one who they had subtitles for every single time she talked. Rosie would be the alcoholic. Candice would be the one who cheated on her boyfriend back home with some guy in Paris (or well, since this is AAA, Las Vegas). Doutzen would be the "fat" one. Behati would be the awkward nerdy one. Lindsay and Erin would be the BFFLs that eventually hated each other towards the end. I would love it!

I was disappointed in the commercial as well. I would blame the girls and there being too many to focus on in the span of a 15 second commercial, but there have been VS commercials with like 7 or 8 girls and it worked. Also, the concept was too "cute" for my liking. I feel like we haven't seen a really sexy VS commercial in awhile like the ones Michael Bay did back in the day. Not that sorry ass excuse of a Christmas commercial. If it was a commercial for Pink then it would've been okay. And then Erin and Lindsay look the same to me when Iook really fast. And I think they're trying to make Mia the new Oluchi. Tomorrow we'll see Tyra back on VSAllAccess.

It's rude, and KK (used to) and Heidi do it all the time. But I guess when you're at an event with a couple other girls you kind of do have to fight to get your camera time so to speak, but that's not what bothers me about Miranda. I think it's even more rude to look uninterested in your work like some of you've been saying and she just always looks like she's ready for whatever it is to be over so she can book it out of there. Does she not even realize how many girls would love to be in her position? I know it must be hard sometimes, but come on. And about Alessandra, I think pregnancy did her body well (because I was never a fan of her face and she looks at least 5-8 years older than she really is) as she now has some hips, but none of that even matters because now she is too skinny. It's like she didn't take advantage of anything pregnancy did to her body and it all went to waste. At least when she was skinny before she was pregnant it suited her because she had a cute little skinny body, but now it's just unnatural like she's supposed to be ten pounds heavier. And she parties too much for her own good. I used to wonder what her husband (who I didn't like at first) did for a living if not mooching off her ass, but he probably takes care of Anja now while her mother goes out to drink and dance on bar tops with her DJ friends.

I think she is. I think that's their plan/has been their plan all along and they said she would be going back to work in the Spring, but before that we were told we would see her in March which would fit. Anyway, I think they would've said no if she wasn't if it's who I think it is running the Twitter.

Wow, there was still a doubt? Well, I had my doubts because VS never really treated her like the other Angels (she only does Pink) and she never did launches/events with the other Angels (except for leading up to the VSFS when the girls picked out their holiday gifts and then the Soho opening event). And nobody ever asked her if she was an Angel in a public forum until now, I think. So she could've stood next to the other girls all she wanted and I still would've been unsure and I'm sure that I'm not the only one.

A lot of VS girls have done La Senza. It's also a part of Limited Brands though, but a lot of VS girls have done other lingerie brands while with VS so I don't think it's a problem. Rosie also did Agent P., I think. I'm sure there's something in their contracts stating what they can and cannot do. It's probably a really fine line too. But I think that Rosie and Lindsay did those things before they signed their VS contracts.

There's a Pink store opening next month in SoHo also. I don't know if it's in the new VS store though. If it is then I don't understand why it didn't just open with the rest of the store.

No, but maybe Behati will since it's Canada. But Pink stores open all the time.

Yeah, I think Adriana's English (and vocabulary) is way better than some of the other Brazilian models because she surrounds herself with English speaking people. I think her accent just gets in the way. But if you were to look at a video of her speaking English like at the beginning of her time with VS and now there is definitely an improvement.

Yeah, I didn't want to bring up that last part, but it was weird because I asked about them as a whole and all I got was Adriana and the baby. But he probably just didn't know about him so who knows. He is fairly new still.

Yeah, I've heard some stories about Catholic divorces, but remember she didn't get married in a Catholic church and money can make a lot of things happen.

Well, they didn't get married in a Catholic church and some other things that I won't bring up so I'm sure it's not that big of a deal for her.

And according to VS' Facebook it looks like it's just going to be Candice and Erin in NY Feb. 9th and Erin in Chicago Feb 11th. Boring.

Look, you need to get over it. Lost_Soul and I never said Marisa was "fired from VS". That's what all the other people/news outlets said and thought because to them once you're not an Angel anymore VS fired you. These are the same people who call every model who models for VS an Angel. Anyway, she's not an Angel anymore. Even though Ale's agent said VS didn't renew her contract it's becoming more obvious. She's not in St. Barths shooting for VS Swim which is her "thing", everyone and their momma is launching the fragrance she's the face of, and they took down her pictures in the stores. Along with the fact that they edited her out of videos and took her off of VSAllAccess.com. Come on now. So stop getting on us because Marisa and her people (who I see are ignoring you all) aren't saying all of the truth. I think she/they will eventually, but don't take it out on us.

If Candice (and Rosie) haven't already been signed (which I think they are) then they will probably be signed soon. By March, the latest. I say this because someone in Candice's thread (who talks to her I guess) said that she said she wasn't an Angel yet (and I think this was like a month or two ago) so I think after they didn't renew Marisa's contract they probably signed her (or will soon). And I think Miranda's contract was renewed because she was just in St. Barths. And Doutzen's shooting for VSX there also. I think we're looking at Heidi next for renewal or not (which is up to her by now, of course). It would actually make sense to sign Candice and Rosie.
