Oh, I agree with you too! Didn't mean to come across like I disagreed with the sentiment. I would love to see her in SI again! It's pretty ironic that in a way she became too successful to shoot for SI again. Then again that seems to be norm for most SI cover models. I think SI would have to give her something special for her to do another photoshoot with them.

The people at SI like MJ could've given her the third official cover but instead they chose to give the cover to three other models. They still kept Kate's cover option as the "back cover" of the swimsuit issue. By "I dunno about her choice" I meant that SI sort of changed the rules on her. They showed that they did not want to give her the honor of being SI's new Elle Macpherson despite still wanting to use her popularity as a backup plan. So Kate might've ended up feeling like she hadn't been treated with the respect and consideration she should've been due to their history. If there was something hinky going on regarding the cover, it might've spoiled whatever interest she had in coming back. But of course it was her choice not to appear in the 2015 issue since it's safe to say that SI would've loved to have her in the issue due to her popularity with their readers etc. Maybe she felt that it was simply time to move on because she had gone as far as she could with SI.

I dunno about her choice. It's weird that she was sort of on the cover of SI for the third time in a row since the 2014 issue had two "covers." Yet the "backside" shot was advertised as the real cover.

Thank you for the video, appleauto. When I read your comment, I thought "Oh, not again!" because of all the weight talk I've been seeing recently. So I was skeptical but that part in the video did jump out at me. Although already in one of the Rosa Chá videos one could see that she has a softer tummy than before. Nevertheless, I think that the two-piece outfit was quite unflattering for her body type. It reminds me of the bridal outfit Kate Upton wore when she walked for Beach Bunny. A demanding outfit like that is better suited for someone who has a flat stomach or abs like Candice Swanepoel (2008 VSFS).
