Runway Angel, as in everybody who walks the runway for VS. 1) Sure, Miranda wasn't married but she and Orlando have been dating for like 3 years now, so it's not like she got knocked up on her first date. 2) I do hope that no little girls watch VS

I like Heidi as a host. Seal, I can do without. But I'd really like to see Doutzen and Miranda in at least a bit of the show. And as far as Marisa is concerned, while she is really eloquent, her voice annoys me, a lot.

I tried not to laugh at that Vogue pic. I failed. Miranda, Alessandra, Chanel, bodacious? Please. And side from Chanel and maybe Miranda those girls are hardly "in demand". Yeah, some of them walked at Prada but really, VS is where fashion careers come to die, albeit with big paychecks. And Chanel feels really out of place in there. She's basically just there because she happens to be the one "Supermodel" that's also one of Anna's darlings.

^Um, she got paid millions a year to be pretty. Some people don't even make that much in their whole lives. If it started in 2000, then Tyra got % years too. And I think it's normal to have many contracts, just like any compamy.IIRC, Gisele wanted more for her next year and didn't get it so she left. But she looked so bored during her last few VS things that I believe she just wanted out.
Please, please let that lead to Chanel Doutzen.
The thing is, for instance, that Gisele was wn Angel from late 2000 to late 2006/early 2007, that's not 5+3. And why keep Izabel for every show if she breached her contract, shouldn't they be mad or something?
Oh, I thought it was something like the "Body" line for Heidi, but ok. Anyway, has the 3-year/5-year contract thing ever been officially confirmed, because Laetitia was an Angel for 4 years, Daniela for 5, Gisele for 6-7, Izabel and Marisa for like 2, sooo... And there's no such thing as leaving on your own terms, it's just not being able to reach an agreement with the brand.

TBH I doubt that Marisa is still an Angel, I think they just keep her because A) she's American and B) just like Heidi and Alessandran she has her own "line" at VS.But the Angels aren't doing anything anymore anyway so... it's all about the "Supermodels" now, they are everywhere and they're even starting to do more PINK than Behati.

Actually, only the 1998 show featured only the 5 main Angels and even then, Chandra North was only a stand-in. As early as the 1999 show, there were fairies and stuff like that and in 2007 and 2009 the finales had almost all the girls in wings.
I know. I just don't like the way it's translated in the press. TBH, I don't care about the city nearly as much as I care for the stage. I'd rather have a straight runway, not a stage shaped one, although the V shaped was fine, too. And if they are to d another model search, please keep it like the 2007 one, one segment and that's that.
I think they shouldn't be punished for striking. Striking is a right. However, they clearly should be punished for failing so miserably.
TBH I don't get the whole fuss over the Incredible Bra not having any Angels in its campaign. The Nakeds didn't have one either.

Well, at least the Enchanted Forest segment was good. It's just that they save the best for last. Heidi closed a lot of the shows but as far as I know, Carmen Kass is the only model to ever open & close, so of course, if they pick Heidi to close, somebody else will open.
