On Forbes.com today, Managing Director of IMG models, Ivan Bart says his management firm represents several models who have appeared on past swimsuit covers, including Irina Shayk, Tyra Banks and Carolyn Murphy. (Bart said the upcoming issue will feature six models from IMG. Re: your PS: Nina was shot in Australia Ariel was shot in Spain, i.e., Europe, NOT South America I believe both came together at an undisclosed location (my guess is Latin/Central America, like Baja or Costa Rica) in December for bodypaint, thus their silhouettes at the end of the teaser film. This 'mystery' shot of model in the yellow bottoms and blue/yellow tie-dyed crochet top is also taken from the shoot in Chile, Easter Island, South America. The rookies photos leaked so far show that: Natasha was shot in Australia Emily was shot in Namimbia, Africa Hannah was shot in China, Asia Kate Bock, above, if that is her, was shot in Chile, South America So, there are photos of this model, above, in the yellow bottoms shot in Chile, as well as ones of the model (Kate B??)with blonde hair shown previously on horseback and from behind in a black bikini with fringe--all from the Chile, South America shoot. Maybe the yellow bottoms one is not the same as Kate B, or even a rookie? Maybe its a vet, like Michelle! If Tina did shoot (and I'm not convinced on this at all) or any other unnamed rookie, she would be from the Africa shoot, in any case--not in South America.

I saw that Shoot the Centrefold piece also with Tina Brady, but SI could have booked her, knowing that she'd be there as well at that time--we never ID'd the 2 mystery models on that shoot except that now we have Emily Didonato confirmed as one (Travel Channel, thank you!) So who is the other dark haired one, if not Tina?

I wondered about that too. Very expensive cruise to go there with one model. Maybe this is where the former cover girls (Yamila, Elsa, others???) are being shot also--along with Kate? That could explain why no SI tweets at all during those 16 days, except for the TMZ Oreo leak. I'm all for an Oreo, but that really cheapened the whole mystique of Antarctica for me. I want Emperor Penguins, arctic foxes and polar bears, not a cookie, with my bikini models!

Any way you guys look at this, no one can compete with Kate's year, and the draw she has--major magazine cover after cover, fashion editorial after fashion editorial, filmed by best photographers in the world. Carl's ad last year, Mercedes Ad(s), film cameos, viral dances on Twitter, squillions of followers. Not to mention that she had what looks like an exclusive SI shoot on the most remote spot on the planet. No contest.
