It is difficult to ID a model with just a head shot. Bing image search rarely returns any content, Yandex might. Helpful information includes date the photograph was taken, source (Instagram, scan, magazine, on-line catalog, website, fashion show name, brand name, etc.), more photos (up to 5 - don't post multiple photos of the same pose/facial angle, include photos that aren't heavily photoshoped that show moles, freckles, tatoos). Please include everything you have tried (and found) to ID the model. Very good info:
