Maybe Paulina Pastuszczak | Homepage I checked her IG and FB pages, no mention of Obsessive. There are two freckles (right calf and upper left thigh) that are close/match.

Tried Bing and Yandex, traced her to Yamlingerie, their IG account doesn't ID models.

Those photos are also an istock photo so it is her, unless the author is using her photo. I haven't been able to find any more either, checked IG, google, and Yandex. The book is from 9 years ago.
