Karen Damen is a Belgian, Flemish, singer and actress. Born october 28th, 1974 as Karen Franciska, Maria Louisa Damen. She is one of the 3 original members of girl group K3, which had huge succes in Belgium and The Netherlands. K3 made popmusic for young children, and also TV shows, theatre and movies. She starred in this band from 1998 until 2016. After K3 she started a solo career in music and played in musicals, theatre and TV serie and shows. There are a few nice clips on TV and youtube where she was confronted with her archnaphobia, allthough I believe she once stated she was proud for a week because she had stepped on a spider she found in her home and she had to kill it herself
