But why do you want to? It won't make you beautiful, only ruin your hair, nails, skin (skinny girls get "older"/wrikly earlier b/c the skin hasn't any "fat" to reproduce). You won't feel better if you have lost 5 kg, but want to go on with it. I try now to do some exercises, I don't eat fast food but if I have to entertain myself with eating I eat an apple or stuff, that's not making fat, and I concentrate on doing things with my friends or writing. The weight will never be gone forever, it will always come back again I can just hope that you'll entertain yourself with doing other things than starving or throwing up... Cause then life isn't anything worth anymore, and that would be sad, wouldn't it? Cause you are wirth living in beauty, not in skeleton.

congratulations I'm now around 57.5 kg, I want to lose 1-2 kg more, then I feel absolutely perfect again (it's just that i want to get my body in shape again... I'm not fat or "unformed", but I feel better then.... ah, and before I get yelled at b/c of losing weight, I'm only 1.65 m so I'm absolutely healthy with 55/56 kg, a BMI (I think that's a good measurement) of 20/21 Next answer, why I want to lose a bit of weight? I want to be strong enough to control myself. Not by eating less (or only a little less chocolate and more healthy stuff) but by doing more sports That's my main reason.
