Someone on the facebook page says her name is Heather Crook. According to this page, there is a model named Heather Crook who has modeled for Bravissimo (scroll down to the bottom): http://www.boltonacademy.co.uk/academy/academy-successes And according to this ID thread at FMD, one of the Bravissimo catalogs calls her Heather. http://forums.fmd1.com/bravissimo-t6524.html That's about all Google and I were able to come up with. I couldn't find any agencies with a listing for her.

Aime 2009 collection A few peaks at the shoot: There is a wonderful film of Paulina modeling the Aime collection here on Aime's website: http://www.aimeluxury.com/collections.html I love everything about this film--the clothes, the old black and white look, the Ella tune. Absolutely fabulous!
