CELBRITY SCOOPER BOWL II
Below is a list of the female celebrities who made it into the Hall of Fame of Celebrity Scoop (cycle 2). In order for a celebrity to compete in CSB II she must have not competed in the first edition of CSB---unless she was a Rookie. Any Rookie from CSB who was also halled in CS (cycle 2) is automatically qualified:
Based on the list, each member drafts celebrities to be part of their team. There is no limit on how many celebrities are allowed on a team---members are allowed to pick as many celebrities as they like. However there are only 126 slots in the competition. Every day I will post a celebrity from a team to be rated. The score will be the average accumulated points the celebrity received based the following 5 criteria:
Beauty - How beautiful/pretty is this celebrity?
Sexiness - How sexy is this celebrity?
High Fashion Value - Regardless of if this celebrity is branded as “high fashion” or even a model, how well do you think she would do in the high fashion & editorial arena?
Mass Appeal - How well does this celebrity appeal to the general public? How commercial is she? How versatile or multi-talented is she---is she a "one trick pony"?
Likability - How much do you like this celebrity?
At the end of the competition 3 titles will be rewarded:
Most Valuable Scoop –The celebrity with the highest score.
Most Valuable Scooper – The member who’s team scores the highest. This will be based on the average accumulated scores of all the celebrities on each member’s team. So someone with very few celebrities on their team could receive this title if they picked strong celebrities. With that said, in addition to packing your favorites you should also try to pick celebrities you know would score high.
Most Valuable Rookie – Any celebrity who did not compete in the first edition of CSB will be considered a “rookie.” The rookie who scores the highest will receives this title.
Drafting your celebrities
Post the celebrities you would like on your team. It is first come first serve---once a celebrity has been selected to be on team you may not pick her to be on your team. I will update the list and post the number of slots left as celebrities are selected. Also, each team is automatically called “Team [username]” unless you want your team to be called something else.
Photos
using the 5 scoring criteria as reference choose 4 photos for each celebrity on your team. You could choose whatever photos you like. If you can’t find photos that would fit all 5 criteria it is ok. Do the best you can and select photos you know would help the celebrity score high in at least one of the criteria.
All photos must fit in a 500px (wide) x 600px (tall) template. Here is a jpeg template and an example (thank you lostdiadem ):
Although it is preferred, the photos don’t need to arrange 2 photos per row/column. It could be arranged however you like as long as it is symmetrical and fits the template. If you have difficulties inserting the photos into the template feel free to ask another member for help.
Once you have all the photos for each of your celebrities in template format please send them to me via PM. Since I am not familiar with all the celebrities make sure you label each celebrity so I know who’s who.
I am aiming to have about 126 celebrities in this competition. It is ok if there is slightly less or more as long as we have a multiple of 3. I might modify the guidelines a bit depending on how well received the competition is.
The deadline for Drafting Stage is June 11th During this time you may add, drop, swap and trade your celebrities. You will have until June 19th to submit your templated photos to me via PM
