  1. Metal Gear Solid 4. It's like an interactive movie. Everything is just so fluid and the cutscenes are great. Love the characters too. There are so many 'inside' jokes that you have to play it multiple times before you catch on to everything. You'd think playing an old man is boring but in MGS4 it's everything but that
  2. This is going to be a blockbuster if I ever saw one; and not because the movie deserves an oscar :| Yes, that rumor about those chicks offering their necks to him was true. Saw it in an interview somewhere. *cringes* Poor Robert Pattison, I saw this vid of him after doing a TV show and all these fans surrounding him with "Marry me" and "I'll be your lamb" signs. He was just laughing it off, but he kept his distance too as if remembering the old but true saying "never underestimate stupid people in large groups." Females mature faster than males? Forget it. These chicks wouldn't shrink away from using his skin as a coat. I think Kristin is sort of relieved he gets all the attention because she's clearly disturbed by all the craziness. Everytime she attends something you see her thinking "my god, what have I gotten myself into?!" She even called some of the rabid girls 'retarded' and got critised for it. (I'd be upset too, I mean "a bunch of nutters" is way more descriptive ) As for Pattison, he actually took this role very seriously: "He went to Oregon alone two months early so he could get into Edward's feeling of isolation, really kept to himself, lost a bunch of weight, worked out really hard. He was playing it very straight but he and Kristen were both told by the director to lighten up." I think at that moment it started to de-rail for him. Plus all the adult women stalking the set constantly, that's just creepy.
  3. That was so funny to see. I mean, when you see that Pirelli calendar, you just look at the picture and think "WOW." You don't know anything about the shoot. I think I would've been very awkward in their place. Especially those gals in the mud. Sloshing through there practically naked doesn't really inspire sexyness for me. Pics turned out great though. Rianne looked great too. She was less concerned about the elephant and so much more beautfiul than the girl she was doing the shoot with I almost felt bad for her
  4. Not my cup of tea. Kristin Stewart (curious since she's the new It-girl and my cousin wants to look like her)
  5. I love the Twilight hype. It's frickin hilarious! I like Robert Pattison. ;D He's treats the movie like one big joke and I think that's the only way to go about it. Here a short excerpt from an interview: "When you read the book," says Pattinson, ... "it's like, `Edward Cullen was so beautiful I creamed myself.' I mean, every line is liked that. He's the most ridiculous person who's so amazing at everything. I think a lot of actors tried to play that aspect. I just couldn't do that. And the more I read the script, the more I hated this guy, so that's how I played him, as a manic-depressive who hates himself. Plus, he's a 108 year-old virgin so he's obviously got some issues there." I'm going to see the movie because of him Here's more stuff from interviews. I love how he's sarcastic about everything. Questions for Robert Pattinson Q: Who would play you in the movie version of your life? I'd play it, because I probably won't be employed after this. Who in your family are you closest to? My dog, Patty. What's your worst habit? Speaking too much. What's the last thing you bought? Toilet paper. Fill in the blank: When I was 17, I was ____________. So much cooler because I knew less about myself. And when asked about what he thought about his new celebrity status he said: "It's absolutely nuts," he says, shaking his head in bemusement and laughing. "It's just crazy. A year ago I couldn't get a date and now the whole world's turned over and I can have any 14-year-old girl I want."
  6. I'm not convinced it really comes down to facial traits. Yes, there are girls that are just really cute and being a sexy bombshell is hard for them because it's not in their personality. Their mannerisms, the way they laugh and present themselves is cute. (whether intentional or not.) Doesn't mean it's impossible. It just doesn't fit with who they are. Miranda Kerr is someone, when you see her in candids, backstage and interviews you think she's really cute. She has fun, her laugh is infectious and she smiles a lot. But tell me what you'd call this: I also think Angelina Jolie can be cute when she wants to be. But I think it's just in her personality to ooze sex like she does. Sure, it helps that she has plump lips and sharp eyes, but that's just beauty. I don't think it's your natural beauty to determine if your sexy or cute. It's who you are. People who ooze sex will (unconsciously) also dress that way and use make-up to accentuate that. Cosmo just needed an article to fill their pages. And as always, they draw everything back to looks so they can advertise more make-up.

  8. Beyonce no doubt about it! Gwen Stefani or Agyness Deyn?
  9. ^^You've gotta be the fastest poster in the universe. Are you an alien? 10 (eva green just rocks.)

    Candids

They should've done the hair at the show the same way as they did at the afterparty. Way better look I do miss the freshness she had when she was younger. I mean, the faces, the blowing hands and all that...I think she's too grown-up to get away with that now. When she was younger and more shy, the candids seemed more genuine. And they seriously overdid the make-up on her. When do they learn that less is more with Adriana? I mean, look at this picture for example... (credit goes to Nothingless who owns adrianalimafan.net) I really prefer that over a lot of make-up. With it, she looks like Katie Price minus the skippy-ball-boobs.

    Runway

I was crossing my fingers when these pictures came out. With her giving birth not such a long time ago, I thought it was going to be a disaster. I was really surprised to see she's almost back to her pre-pregnancy self!
  12. Um...WOW! I mean, I like Doutzen Kroes, we're from the same country, but I think that Candice blows her straight out of the water in these pics. What a body. I hadn't even heard of her until I saw last year's fashion show and I was like "who's that?" What I think is reall funny is that though her natural haircolor is actually brunette, she looks way hotter as a blonde. Nature made a little mistake there

    Runway

Wow Nothingless, where do you want your statue? *claps* Great pictures. I think she's getting back to her old self again, though I agree about the make-up and hair. If she'd just get her old fashioned so-brown-it's-almost-black hair back, long and somewhat straight and minimal make-up only to accentuate her features, then it would've been even better. But she's getting there! Her legs are nice and shapely and her tummy is definitely more toned. You can see she's been working out. She wasn't this lean when she was younger, so I think that already proves the bulimia rumor to be false. I can understand people who are disappointed, expecting Adriana from 2005, but I believe this time the hair&make-up department is to blame. Also, the ones that choose to dress the models should know what works best for their figures. Adriana's waist is fairly "straight" so putting that short underneath that millionaire bra wasn't a good move. A look like this would've been better I think: But anyway, who I am I to complain? Adriana worked to look her best this year and if she continues to do that I'm sure we'll get plenty of great pictures in the future. If only she'd do more runway besides VS.....
  14. She's my friend She wants to be a model, but she keeps on saying she's not pretty enough. That's why I posted her pic here! I think she has a good shot, but hell, I'm her friend so she doesn't really believe me. She thinks I'm saying it just to humor her . She doesn't want to admit it, but she has low self esteem. In high school, she was bullied a lot and people said she looked like an insect. So what do you think: model material or not?
  15. What do you guys think of this girl?
  16. No worries, I can translate it. Will be up by tommorow
  17. Great pics Chocolate! May I ask where you got them? Some are new to me and others are of better quality than the ones I posted
  18. Matt is a common name But women who think that guys who chat them up once or twice a day are stalkers...that's just wrong. If the guy is pushy and asking for personal information while you don't know him, you might write him off as a creep, but you can only label him as a stalker when he's seriously following you around. I've never been stalked and I never hope to but I think girls should get rid of some of their fears. Sure it happens. Just like some girls get raped after being outdoors in the night. But that doesn't mean you have to stand all shaky on your legs after 6 pm because you're afraid of being jumped. Neither do guys who simply want to chat up with you because they're interested be brushed off because they 'might be stalkers.' I know appearance plays a great part in this. That makes it even more of a 'low blow.' *snort* Paranoid much?
  19. The real reason why people 'suspect' naturally skinny people of anorexia (and the lot) is because of today's society. We don't have to exercise (we have cars, and chairs in our office) we can get food by simply going to the store and combined with a big appetite and calorie-laden food, it makes a lot of us fat. Skinny people with high metabolisms have the privilege of not gaining weight even though they eat much. The other naturally skinny people simply don't have such a huge appetite. But they are in the smaller numbers, and overshadowed by the eating disordered modeling and hollywood scene. People can be nasty and dumb: usually they are easier to judge that slim girl of an eating disorder, than thinking she has a high metabolism. Sad, but true. People also ask me if I eat enough. (and believe me: I do) The funny thing is that it's usually flabby people asking me

    Megan Fox

hmm, She is really pretty, but there's something in her eyes that I don't like. She doesn't seem genuine, like she's trying too hard. I know she's only 2 years older than me, but I can't help snorting at the candids where she makes all those poses. Also, her personality seems kind of made-up. She's sounding all tough-chic, but I can only wonder how much of that is actually real. O well, I'll just give her the benefit of the doubt,
