Yeah Behati is now the only girl that hasn't shot at all this year right? Lily looks to be doing the most press for the show I think because she didn't film much of the special like every other girl. She had other commitments so VS is probably making her do all this to make up for it

@Marciotmello I get what you're saying about Lais. But let's not forget out of all the girls she's the one who's been with VS the longest. VS have never used her as a spokesmodel much that's true. But they've loved her since 2010. She's been pretty much in every commercial they've had. Featured in every holiday commercial and campaign. Walked every show minus the one she couldn't because of her foot. She's had a great career with VS. While they haven't pushed her as much as an angel I don't think she'd be complaining. She should really have been made an angel a year or two before becoming one of the 10 but doesn't matter. She's there in that position. VS love her no matter what. They've just focused more on girls like Taylor, Elsa, Martha and now are starting to push Jasmine, Romee and Josephine a lot more. They haven't really pushed Sara or Stella much either. Sara they've relied on her popularity and her connection to Taylor and Stella and Lais have kind of just coaxed by through the year.

You've said it a few times that their hiring of 10 angels was a flop but clearly it hasn't been. The girls have done well enough socially. Some girls favored more than others but they've all experienced a ton of exposure due to becoming Angels. Kate was the only one that was a wtf but she's been replaced with Josephine or Jo replaced Jac whichever. VS has kept the rest on again for another year (so far based on being in the swim special). Each girl has done quite a lot since becoming Angels. Either fashion shows/editorials or campaigns. I don't think the hiring of 10 Angels has been a flop at all for the company. Freeing up money from no longer having Doutzen, Lindsay or Karlie they could disperse that amongst more spokesmodels for the brand. Taylor, Romee, Jasmine have had some great campaigns. Elsa, Taylor, Stella and Lais have featured in editorials. They've all done runway. Martha has been lucky enough to be in Taylor's posse but she's worked a good amount too since becoming an angel. Sara is already super popular. I think they've achieved a lot in their careers so far due to VS hiring them as Angels.

Yes and no. They scouted locations in Rome only about a month or so before they filmed the commercial. But who knows their process.

Since Instagram added video though they have stopped adding as much content to YouTube as they used to. They would update their YouTube channel constantly and post extended versions of every commercial. Now they just post the 16 second commercial, barely any behind the scenes stuff. Their YouTube channel is only used mainly around the fashion show time. I wish they'd put more out ther but like I said with Instagram video now what's the need.

Yeah she has a bit. I think because she's been working out a bit more since it. She looks hot. And she did a great job in the E segment. She talked up a lot how hard it is for her to get gowns and all that but she looked fantastic. Hailey was also at the VF after party and she looked stunning. Also hilarious Cheryl Tiegs tweeted an apology. Too much negative press for her words.

Yeah the only way they get an invite is if they're dating or married to someone who is invited like Behati with Adam, Miranda with Orlando, Gisele with Leo etc. Like Behati was saying in that segment for the show that being an angel got her an invite to the Oscars. It's like please bitch you got invited to the show because Adam got invited and your his wife.

Heidi Klum doesn't get invited to the Oscars every year. She gets all dressed up just to walk the red carpet and then she goes to the after parties. which is hilarious IMO.

While I might not agree with you all the time doesn't mean your own opinion isn't valid. Everyone is entitled to one. @Lyla Like I said I think it's a topic that we all have to agree to disagree on. I personally loved Ashley on the cover but people can have their own feelings about it too. And if they didn't like what it promoted well that's their own beliefs and opinions and they're valid.

Not that I don't get it but I doubt Cheryl can talk about healthy body and what not. Let's face it she's a product of the 70s and 80s when they thought smoking, drinking, partying and doing cocaine was healthy

Lyla I think you run with the idea that Ashley is gonna cause a bunch of people to just eat and be fat and say fuck it. That is not going to happen. They're not promoting an unhealthy body image. What they're showing is that in this world there isn't just one size. People need to accept that there are all body types. There are a lot of people like Ashley who lead very healthy lifestyles and aren't skinny little things. Hello. We all come in different shapes and sizes. The media just likes to portray a certain type. SI just put it out there that other women can feel special too. My sisters, friends who are all plus size never gave two damns about SI. Ever. But they've been talking about it too. And we are here in Australia. But no one I know has said oh damn it's hot being fat I'm gonna eat what I want. That isn't what's going to happen. No one is promoting unhealthy eating. That argument is what people hide behind when really they just can't handle someone bigger on a major cover. And let's go look at one VS has put out here lately. Vita who has lost so much weight and looks very unhealthy skinny right now. Is that a healthy image to promote to people? This is Vita from 2014-2015 and then this is her now. There's two sides to the plus size and super skinny talk. I don't think there truly is a healthy body type. Everyone is different.

The funny thing is I'm pretty sure I read Ashley has a 30inch waist. So Cheryl just looks even more stupid. Ashley actually has quite a small waist. She just has wider hips.
