New trailer. This just blew me out of the water. This will be amazing and to me looks much more exciting than BvS and even Ant-Man. I think Fox are doing something amazing with their comic book properties. People had already tarnished this movie and said they won't watch it. I hope they're all eating their words.

Was there a full 30 second commercial released at all of the new Dream Angels commercial? Josephine maybe. VS is all over the shop. They have so many girls they're testing all over the place it's hard to tell who has a shot. And it doesn't help that they don't make any announcements anymore, not like they used to.

If based on the 3 year deal thing her run with VS should end sometime after this years show. She was signed pretty much right after the 2009 show. VS didn't waste time with Lily. So say beginning of 2010. I think her contract would be finished by the end of this year beginning of next. She did have a good run. Look at Erin who was pushed so hard and then dropped. Lily managed to stay a decent amount of time with the company.

Yeah this trailer was amazing. That last bit was absolutely hilarious. I can't wait for this. But I think Marvel made a bad decision with the release of Ant-Man. It's coming so close after Avengers. The first Avenger movie we had a year to wait before the next Iron Man film. They gave time to settle everyone down. But once Avengers is over they're jumping straight into a new character. I hope it does really well but this could be the first Marvel movie that might not do as well as the rest. I'm sure it'll be fine. I had the same worry with Guardians and that was a massive success.

Hmmmmm. I don't know just yet. It's still early but I honestly hated Man of Steel, unlike most though Ben as Batman is the thing that's got me excited for this. So I'll give it a go. Like Michael said, it just looks so green screen. It looks like 300. But the trailer was put together well. I was hoping at least to see a shot of Gal as Wonder Woman.

I can never stop talking X-Men. Still to this day my favourite comic book series and movies. Some of the movies have had their moments. Like Origins and Last Stand but overall I have loved every movie they've made. They may lack consistency compared to the Marvel or DC universes. But there's something about the movies that have a hold on me. I think it's also because X-Men was the first of the modern era comic book movies and really is what has allowed all of these comic book movies to be where they are, but sadly it's gets no credit for it. In regards to the Sunmers connection, yeah who knows. They keep jumping ahead 10 years but the actors aren't older. I guess Havok could still be his brother. Just a much older brother. I feel that would make a bit more sense compared to his father seeing as how the actors only have like 6 years difference between them. I still have a feeling that somehow some future mutants will be in this movie. There's been talk of a Halle and Ian cameo somehow. And we know that Angel was in Last Stand. Yes they've done a Star Trek and history has changed but I doubt that the characters births have changed in the timeline. Could Apocalypse travel through time in this? If so I hope he does and he rips a few mutants from the future. My only hope is to finally see Rogue.

Back when Michael's commercials were amazing for VS. The editing is great because even though it's harshly lit and very fast you still see everyone. 5 for every category. I remember they used this song in the 03 show too. Loved it.

Yeah it's a bit sad. Lily hasn't done anything since the Puerto Rico trip which was end of December beginning of January. It's disappointing. She's been such a great spokesmodel. And from the beginning of her time with VS to now she made such massive improvements. Always the beginning half of the year is a bit tricky because the big stuff doesn't get shot until halfway through the year. And that's when we get an idea of who is in. I can't seem to catch a break lol. My fav Angels all basically going after each other. Doutzen, Karlie and now Lily. I think Adriana, Alessandra and Lily will make it through the year, until the show. And then they're gone. The new Adriana and Alessandra seem to be Candice and Behati. And the new crop of girls are Elsa, Martha, Jac, and Jasmine. Throw in Romee, Taylor, Sara and Kate G. And Lais well who knows with that poor girl.

Lucas Till is back as Havok. Wonderful. Love this character and I hope he has a bigger role this time around. He could be a horsemen. Also will be interesting to see how they handle his and Scott's relationship. Michael it seems like you and I are the only one discussing X-Men

Yep which honestly I have no issue with. I think Jackman is still the best actor who's played a comic role in my opinion. Robert is high up there too. Their dedication to the characters and its fan base is amazing. So I never care that they're the main players in the movie. They deserve it because they made these characters popular. I love Jennifer but you can just tell she's not really that into being Mystique. She doesn't have the passion for the character that other actors do for their roles. So if she's finished after apocalypse I'm ok with that. But never say never. I'm very very pumped for this movie. The cast of characters is perfect for the time they are setting it. The anticipation is killing me.

Good choice my friend. I think Sophie will definitely have a breakout role in this. She's immensely popular already due to GoT everyone I have mentioned to that she is playing Jean is super pumped for it. I think Tye, Sophie and Alexandra will all get a nice big boost from this and will definitely be taking over for the franchise. I love Jennifer Lawrence but Mystique overall isn't an integral part of the X-Men story.
