Hi there, after 2 years thanks to google's new image search function I found who she is. Her name is Rosana Pelaz and she's Spanish. She was the 1st runner-up of Miss Model of the World 1999. Her current agency is We Management.

After one year couldn't find anything about her and the search is still going on. Some day, somebody tells her name...

After 2 weeks of searching I couldn't find any info about her. But as you can see at the last picture above, she was in Antonio Bandreas' spirit commercial. I found the TVspot of commercial. I believe that she's Spanish or Latin. And a little warning; if nobody knows her name, I will go nuts. One last thing; My friend (damn you my hellish friend, I became obsessed with her because of you) who give these pictures said that she was maybe used to be a Look Models Inc. model. Anyway thanks for any help and here is the video:
