I watched it. Heidi looked great! They talked about German people's fascination with David Hasselhoff, the "horrible" people on Project Runway, and how Heidi has her name on hundreds of different things (candy, Birkenstocks, jewelry, etc.). She was promoting the VS Very Sexy makeup, and Jimmy Kimmel ate the lipstick right in front of her. I was surprised he was able to keep his composure while finishing the interview. She looked at him like he was an alien from another planet.

Good stuff Emilia, but I can't seem to view these last two pics. Help!? Really, you can't see them? The thumbs and links both work for me. Hmm.. That's weird. I couldn't view them with Internet Explorer, but I can with Netscape. Maybe I should be updating my browser.

Heidi has a bunch of news items posted on her website: Her appearance on Larry King Live (that was cancelled last month) will air August 25th She will be on Jimmy Kimmel Live on August 21st She will be on The View September 14th - which is the same day that her jewelry line debuts on QVC and Project Runway is nominated for an Emmy, and she will be presenter at the awards show August 27th

Be on the lookout: Heidi will be featured in the August 18 issue of Life magazine.

Someone asked about the pics on page 92 with Rebecca Romijn - they were taken in 1998 when Rebecca was hosting Fashionably Loud on MTV. I think that was from the SI Swimsuit Cover Party, when Heidi made the cover.

I do know that. What I think is silly is that if the photographer were standing 5 degrees to his right in the first pic, it wouldn't count as nudity, since it would look more like the second pic. I also think the attitude toward nudity in the US is silly. Butts aren't genitals, and you can show a woman being gang raped on TV, but Janet Jackson's nipple must be abolished. Why can't we be more like Europe? Ok, I'm done with my rant.

no buttcrack = not nudity sounds silly to me, but now that I know the rules, I'll do my best to follow them.

The thing is, pic #6 was posted by a moderator. That's why I'm curious.

I would like to register a half question/half complaint about the nudity policy. Just yesterday, I posted this image for which I was admonished for posting nudity without a text link warning: Exhibit 1 But, there are plenty of examples of similar images being posted without a text link and without the poster being warned. From the "B & W photos: are they sexy or what?" thread: Exhibit 2 Exhibit 3 It may be argued the lack of butt crack makes them acceptable with no warning. But in the same thread, we find these: Exhibit 4 Exhibit 5 And perhaps, most confusing of all, this one made it into the "Nice Back!" thread with no warning: Exhibit 6 Please explain why that last picture (Exhibit 6) is okay, while the one I posted (Exhibit 1) isn't. I understand nipple and groin stuff is out, but why is some bare bottom stuff allowed, and others aren't? Warning. Links may or may not contain nudity, based on the consensus from this thread.

I don't know. I think it might just be her. I don't recall Kate Moss ever carrying herself so well- even when she was pregnant. By the way, I've heard some rumors that Heidi was one of the designers of that line. Anyone know if it's true?
