So so wrong!

I'm not usually a big fan of Izabel but this is the second year running that she was one of the few bright spots for me. Whatever else I might think of her, she is a good fit for this show, or a good fit for what it should aspire to be. It's interesting that the show has gone down in quality at the same time as the budget has ballooned. Another example of how throwing money at something backfires.

If Candice is now supposed to be their main girl, I too thought her role was a bit limited in this edition. And it isn't just due to the disappointing outfits. She was probably too prominent last year, but they seem to have gone too much in the opposite direction with her in this edition.

SI isn't likely to give the cover to Kate just yet. They've had newcomers who were just as popular but who had to wait until their third, fourth or fifth time before they got on the cover. Of course that doesn't mean they could change their habits for Kate, but I don't see it. If it's true that Bar is to make a return, I wouldn't be too surprised if she got another cover.

I agree with K_Dub that 2005 was probably the apex of the VSFS. But the show has really been in a rut since 2007. Used to be even in the weaker years a couple of the veterans still shone in at least a few segments and there were always 1-2 new girls who managed to steal the spotlight in one outfit or the other. But in recent years there is just not much that stands out. All the shows are interchangeable. I guess if I had to name a veteran that I liked in the 2011 show, I'd have to name Ale, but this year still wouldn't feature in my top five of VSFS for Ale. None of the new girls really stood out for me. And the back-stage thing is getting annoying. The focus should be on the show and not on interviewing the girls. I think about half of the broadcast was devoted to back-stage stuff. They need to tone that down a bit. But my main complaint is that it's rare for a girl or an outfit to really wow you. Is it because the girls lack a bit of star appeal compared to their predecessors? Or are the designers just suffering from creative anemia? Probably a bit of both... Can someone upload the show for those of us on the other side of the Atlantic? Or is it not ready yet?

Has to mean she is in SISE. That's as close to an admission she can come without actually giving it away.

Candice looks amazing in anything but in the i put a spell on you costume ,for example, if they take off that sheer top thing (I don't know what it's called ) her outfit would be 10x better imo. just the wings, lingerie and can even keep the train in some form. simple works and i still think that the older VSFS were better. point in case ^^ Not wanting to start a discussion about her body, but if you look at that shot, you see she was just a tiny bit filled out more all around. I miss those days...

A bit disappointed in her outfits this year, I only really love the purplish one. Isn't it odd that many of her best VSFS outfits came in her earlier years, when she wasn't supposed to be one of the main attractions yet?

As a Candice fan, I found this a bit of a disappointing edition (based on what pictures we have seen so far). I only really like her first outfit and I do think her body looked better at last year's show.

Is there a list of all confirmed models?

Is this because they are a little bit too short for a top, top model? I actually think her legs are very sexy myself.
