I think she's British- not 100%sure. It's hard to research her as she has a very common name.     Forgive me everyone...but this Lei Sept. 1983 is as thick as a Sears catalog or a phone book.....geez!!! Too bad most of the Milan agencies are not on Marlowe Press 😭. These mags are FULL of obscure models and even more obscure fashion designers!!     So true- My son calls me Bro and I call my daughter Dude.... I actually call all my friends Dude still. I am from the west coast, USA-early 90s as a teen. We call EVERYONE Dude. 😁 Seriously, Dude.
