This page is from Madame Figaro January 1986. I've seen this before on Bellazon (kar posted it) - I always assumed it was an ad for a company called Girafe - it is, in fact one page from an editorial. This is the only page from that ed that Paulina appears in.

This is a closeup of L.A. Style magazine's cover from July 1987. I own this cover but it is very large format and my Photoshop is out of commission, so I can't post the entire cover. here is a LQ shot of the entire cover (not scan/photo)

It took me, what seems like an eternity, to find this magazine (I had the one page from a clippings set with Paulina and her mom, ripped at the corner) but I've found the entire magazine and here is the whole article. Self June 1992 "Family Secrets" (in addition to Paulina and her mom, it also features Ashley Montana (Richardson), Beverly Johnson, Niki & Krissy Taylor and their moms)

welcome james_blonde! Unfortunately, I have a copy of this but it's not a whole lot better than what you have. Kalaudia has this pic - but I think it was from a newspaper, so the quality of the original isn't that great. Maybe if she sees this she can comment on where the pic is from and if there is a better scan of it available. And it is from the same photo shoot as this Estee Lauder postcard (this one is mine)
