The location is pretty, the swimsuits aren't horrific however her face barely changes from picture to picture and I can't tell if she looks bored or if she's trying to do the sexy bedroom eyes. Either way it falls flat, which is unfortunate because they actually didn't do a horrific job of capturing the location as well as the model. I think they just needed to get her to engage more, it's just lacking emotional connection which makes the pictures seem flat.

Paulina was definitely the standout for me this year. I've never been a huge fan of her but she looked good.

Maybe rather then blaming the models for "not following the theme" we should blame the designers/labels who sponsored them for the event and dressed them as a showcase for their own designs.

Quite a few of the models did follow the theme, especially if you read the essay that the theme was based on. They weren't over the top and garish, but that seems to be all that people focus on.

I'm still debating if I should go to Miami or not. Either I focus on studying or I go to the Miami event.
