That's very true Acid! And great to see you in Brandon's thread again! I just pray that we get Losing Touch as a single too...it's one of my faves off Day & Age and I also think it has great commercial potential. But traditionally, they have never released more than 4 singles off an album...

I know coop! Aparently, it was directed by the same guy who did When You Were Young...you can definitely see a similar style, no? I love how he made it like a mini movie...although it took me a while to understand the vid! lol...i think the guys at the beginning are fighting over the girl, and then one guy kills the other. he then goes to prison and when he's released when he's an old man, he goes back to see the girl he was fighting for...wish we saw more of the band though...but the close ups of B Flow are lush!

I know it's annoying, especially how the US get Dustland, which is fast becoming one of my favourite songs of all time. I just hope they switch and release Dustland in Europe too. I also hope they release Losing Touch at some point, but I don't think they'll release that many singles, they never have done with their previous albums, usually 4 at the most. I love Losing Touch, though. It has a very Duran Duran feel to it. On another note, Brandon and his wife Tana are expecting their second child, a boy. CONGRATS! Brandon and the band were on Friday Nght with Jonathan Ross last week and played a mini gig at the end - 4 songs: Human, World We Live In, Mr Brightside and the epic When You Were Young (which they cut short as they rolled the titles...grrr!). I must say I'm not actually as disappointed as I thought I'd be. I guess it's because we all know that Adam has the potential to become a worldwide star. I agree with the comments here that Kris will fade into the background...he really doesn't have any star quality or "The X Factor" as us Brits like to say.

I had the best dream about Adam last night! It was odd, but we were both classmates and we were sitting next to each other in class, just talking casually about random things...I can't actually remember what exactly...It sounds very mundane, but it was perfect... I think it was the fact that we were so close as friends in my dream that made it feel so good. I guess Adam has that effect on people.

I much preferred Adam's performance of Crying rather than his performance of One, which is odd because I thought it would be the other way round. But I just love me some rock Adam! It would be an absolute travesty if Kris won over Adam, no way is he more talented or as unique as Adam...sorry Kris fans, but I'm confident that Adam will be the next American Idol, and rightly so.

Well, on his wiki page, it did say he was singing "One" by U2 which was chosen by Simon Cowell, and Adam's personal song was "Total Eclipse of the Heart", but they seem to have taken that info off now. Not long to find out for real, though!

yeah i know Kerensa....i was dumbfounded when Kris was safe last week...but anyway, Adam will win and that's all that matters...oh, btw, i got my Idol Live tics yesterday!! i was 8th in line, waited in line for an hour...by the time i got to the window, ALL the floor seats were sold-out already...i guess there was a pre-sale and i didn't know..but i got decent seats, row C on the next level...i'll def post my vids on youtube like last year's concert... GREAT! Can't wait to see pics/vids? I am making it my personal ambition to see Adam live in concert at some point in my life (and to see The Killers play in Vegas of course! ) When is the concert?

I don't know why but I have a feeling that the final 2 will be Adam and Chris. I know Coop, I can't believe how fast it has gone either, although I'm not complaining as it means we get to buy Adam's single and album really soon!

I don't know about the US but Kelly Clarkson is by far the most successful AI winner over here in the UK. She's not even seen as an AI winner, more of an artist in her own right. My Life Would Suck Without You recently became her first no.1 single here. I have no doubt that Adam will follow suit! I doubt many people could even name the other winners. Although, Jennifer Hudson, even though she didn't win, is also quite popular over here too. I can't believe we're so close to the final already! I can't wait to hear the winner's single - you just know Adam's version will top any of the other contestants.
