Because those are the standings of the Group Stage, last 3 pairings for each. The preliminary rounds are simply to decide who are in the Group Stage and who are not. So the first Voter in a Draw rule where a model would win if there was a draw if their vote was first, doesn't apply to a group stage?

So if a model has won a round, how do they have 0 next to Won, and how is there a figure for Drawn if the model with the first vote in a draw wins?

What do the letters in the table mean? If D means draw, I thought that the person whose votes were first meant they won the round if 2 people had the same score in a round?
