Wow, I missed it the last time. Matt, you like Kobe's wife as well? Thats the one that bothers him more, and unlike the injury in his pinky, the healing period is not that long. I think he shall definetely do it. I actually think the other way around. Lamar will probably stay, he is a more mature guy, and knows that gong to other teams, may bring risks in the future stages of his career. Besides if I;m not mistaken, he has his art galleries, and stuff, which simply by staying in LA will make up for the pay cut he may take. On the other hand, Ariza is younger, and has more market. I hear the Pistons are interested for him. But I didn't know that he was an LA native. I guess that'll help him stay. - BTW SS, I think Miami may make a move on Boozer. If they don't make any moves by now, 2010 might be too late for them to make Wade stay in there. -------------------- On the other news, Philly will change their logo, and jerseys. http://www.philly.com/philly/sports/Sixers...their_look.html Sorry Matt, but I don't like that. IMHO Sixers, along with Mavs, and Rockets had the best jerseys in the NBA.

Can a team become my most hated team while addind Kaka' to their roster? Surprisingly Real Madrid demonstrated the answer is yes. After an amazing run from Barcelona, I was expecting a trunk show from Real Madrid, but they overexaggerated it. After Kaka' they signed Cristiano Ronaldo, and now it looks likely they'll get Ribery as well. As Michael* already pointed out, real life football is not PES, and superstars only become worthy when they are surrounded with good role players, not other superstars. Wasn't it the same philosophy that doomed their golden era 98-03. Hopefully this time it'll get even uglier. BTW, Barca is trying to sign Sebastian Frey, which is the perfect fit for the biggest (and only) blackhole in their squad. Though appearently Valdes has extended his contract.

Oh yeah, I know I'm old news, but "YEAH HOO". Finally the trophy is back home. BTW 15 titles, and 30 finals appearances in 61 years of league history. WOW. And if they keep the squad together, more titles are kinda inevitable. Anyway, can anyone tell me did Kobe have the surgeries on his fingers?

Seriously though, regardless that they lost, LeBron had a monster series against Magic. Though this was a nail in the coffin about whats going to happen in 2010 summer (not that I ever doubted that he'll join the Knicks). But tonight Howard had a much more dominant game, than any other game by Bron so far. He flat out beasted the court. 40 pts, 14 rebs, 5 assts, 14-20 FG, 12-16 FT (sorry if I'm wrong, didn't re-check the boxscore). And his dominance was way beyond the stats. He reminded me of Shaq at his prime. Magic-Lakers will be a great finals series. But no way Kobe leaves this one to slip away. BTW Matt congratulations for your new head coach, Eddie Jordan. He has always been one of the coaches I respect the most. Hopefully a great season is ahead of you guys.

So far the coference finals were awesome. Denver brings up lots of energy, while Orlando is working like machine. And LeBron is having a monster series, while Kobe is literally teaching what bball IQ is. However I may have to put an asterik at the officiating. Did anyone watch last nights game? The technical foul Howard recieved was one of the worst I have ever seen. It was just showing a little emotion after making an and1 play, way too far from any sort of taunting. I think the league shall anull that call. If they don't, and Howard ends up recieveing yet another easy one in game 5, that should raise lots of eyebrows. (he will get an automatic 1 game susspension). <_< BTW, notice how JR Smith always pulls Kobe from his jersey, when Kobe shoots jumpers. And, after 4 games both are lucky they didn't get swept. :| Off topic: Damn, your avatar is scorching hot! It probably was last nights Chelsea-Barcelona game, as they haven't played with any other team with C all season long. Though this time Barcelona was the team with yellow jerseys. Yay for more football fans. Good call. Haha, I feel you man.
Here Though now I've read that his agent said "He would like to re-sign with Philadelphia if the opportunity presented itself," and said him skipping the meeting was because of misscomunication. I really hope he stays. He has always been a great player, and a great pro throughout his career. BTW, Kobe with a monster game.
I call BS. Career wise Kobe has won 264 out of 445 regular season games when he has attempted 20+FGs, while in playoffs he is 53 from 88. This means he combines for 317 from 533. (.600) :persuazn: I like visiting some NBA forums from time to time, and people really hate the guy a lot. I've witnessed people coming up with fake stats so many times. This year in regular season they were 33/47, for .700 record. .500 number is correct only for this years playoffs, as they currently are 2 out of 4, but it's only a matter of hours before they'll be back at the .600 mark. ------------------------------- Looks like Andre Miller is definitely going to leave. I think it's a huge miss, but Miller and Brand weren't nice fits for each other, so maybe next season you guys will build a team around Brand, and come back even stronger. ------------------------------- Btw, NBA has always been "amazing" at making commercials, but this year they have an uber-amazing one. I have it on my desktop, and listen to it everytime I get bored. The song just fits perfectly with the nature of playoffs, and their "Where amazing happens" motto. Plus the scenes in the video are perfectly chosen as well. Literally amazing. Oh, and Matt and k_dub YOU BETTER GET ALONG!!! We shall all be united for celebrating Lakers' championship in June.
1st goal was brilliant. And he also was the creator of the 2nd, and 3rd. His dribbling ability is great as well. And that gives Barca a lot of mobility, as they can use him in positions of Henry, and Messi. Wonder if Barcelona still wants Trezeguet? Well, we don't risk the 4th place anymore, nor do ve have title hopes. A win wouldn't have mattered much in our side. I was rooting for 'pool, so that they can stay in the title race. I guess since Jose, and Rafa arrived, Wenger & Fergie became BFFs. :| Don't Barca have the same fixture but one week ahead? Barca's already played Sevilla, so they still have Villareal, Madrid and Valencia to go Well, if Barca can simply manage to get a draw in Santiago, even if they loose to both Valencia, and Villareal, and Real wins all the other games, Barca still wins the title. Not saying Real winning the title is impossible, though it kinda is.
I just had to open my mouth. . ., and Juve got eleminated immediately. Yeah, this game pretty much sealed the deal for the LaLiga championship. I bet Sevilla will stop Real this weekend. Btw, Iniesta is awesome. Easily one of the most underrated players in the world. Real-Getafe was an awesome game. I was watching Liverpool-Arsenal, but switched there for the finals minutes. I laughed my ass off at that missed penalty. And Higuain gave Getafe what they deserved for that stupid miss. I still hate Real M, but Higuain is becoming one of my fav players. I love the fact that he never gives up. And did anyone see the penalty position. What the hell was Pepe thinking? I have never seen a dumber agression in my life. And damn, I have been mad lots of times when Arsenal tied in games, but for the first time, I was mad because they didn't loose. And ManU won last night, but the first goal they scored was an offside. Looks like they are going for the 3peat.
Ray Ray is the man(after KG of course). And the Celtics-Bulls series started as awesome as possilble. Hopefully we'll see another series like Spurs-Mavs 06, which went to 7 games, and 6 out of those 7 games were decided in the final possession. Though now they lost Leon Powe as well. Mark my words, Bulls are the favorites to reach the eastern conference finals. A likely Mavs-Nuggets series may be pretty epic as well. Two awesome point guards in Kidd, and Billups will refire their old rivalary, while it wil be great to watch two amazing scorers in Nowitzki and Carmelo against each other. IMO, Lakers-Cavs final is the easiest finals prediction of this decade. The injuries just left so many contenders out. IMO both teams will have their hardest time in conference semis, particularly if they face Rockets, and Hawks. And k_dub, don't even worry. This year the Lakers will crush everyone in their road to the championship. I don't even see any team taking them to 6 games (Cavs included). Dwight Howard became the youngest to win the DPOY award. Congratulations to big fella. And I just found out some funny Sasha "The Machine" Vujacic videos. "You see, he's not a machine. He's a man"
You shall be more happy about the first My prediction is Lakers in 5. The Jazz do have everything, but too bad they don't have the spirit. And they just can't defend the Shooting Guards. I hear the Lakers have a not so bad guy in that position. The visitors are dominating so far. Hopefully the Hornets may stun the Nuggets as well. To be honest entering the playoffs Sixers were looking like the worst team overall, but Orlando is not really a playoff team, as they have lots of weaknesses, so we might get a pretty interesting series. I still think Magic are the favorites. But come to think about it Magic, Bulls, Hawks, doesn't sound like an uncrossable road to the NBA finals. Don't keep yor expectations that high though
Actually this season may turn out to be a far better one that it looked like a couple of months ago. Valencia refound their momentum, and I'm happy enough with them getting the Champions League tickets, Juve may win the Italian Cup which would be their first since 06, and could really take of a lot of pressure from them, while most importantly Arsenal is back at 100%. And I'm kinda glad that we got eleminated from FA cup. That would have had been a trophy just to save the day. Now it's time for UCL, and ManU are a great team as they rarely lose to lesser teams, in semis we'll prove that we own tham. Hopefully we'll get a chance to get a revenge for the 06 finals. And even if we lose then, I'd be glad for my man Henry getting his final big trophy that he misses. He wasn't the same ever since he made that mistake at the end of the game against Turkey in Euro'08, which cost Czech team the quarter finals. But Cech was an amazing Goal Keeper, and I have a feeling that he'll come back strong having amazing games against Barca. Hopefully I'm wrong. It sure does. I think you guys are going little hard on them. Sure Ajax 03, PSV 05, and Lyon 06, were all heartbreaking loses for these teams, but winning in final minutes IMO shows greatness, and even if I was rooting against them in all these series, gotta admit that I really enjoyed all of those games. And against the teams of top 3 leagues they always came up big. Even in rounds that they were outplayed (such as Arsenal 08, or Barca 06), they were not outplayed badly, and they were still having hopes of qualification entering the final minutes of games. And of course the way they have bitchslapped two teams I hate the most Bayern, and M.United x2, will always remain fresh in my memory. They just need a a quick rebuilding with a cople of young guys, and they are good to go.
Yeah, I tried them all, but none of them is the one i'm talking about. It was a little longer, because I know the song I'm talking about was starting halfway through the video. And the older watts videos are usually removed. Currently I'm in the full dedication mode for finding that song, so maybe I'll hit back, if I'll find it somewhere. Nevertheless, thanks a lot for trying to help. I really appreciate it.
Ok, one last shot. Now only the first two vids are opening, but none of the others. And I'm pretty sure that that song was featured in this video. Is there anyone that can actually see the video? If so, can you at least confirm that the video is opening. (So then I'll try to check it from some other computer)
