thanks for amazing scans i've always wanted to see original edits of russian elle from that era but unfortunately most of what i have seen before was reprinted from the french and german editions (sometimes even from polish).

To me she looks like sveta uzhinsky but not sure maybe @Minerva13 can confirm. Btw remember the balmain 1999 model i id’ed but wasn’t sure? Its definitely correct because last night i received swedish magazines and she appeared in many of them and i can confirm now its her

this is a side note: i don't know if you know this but she has a very long editorial in harper's bazaar australia september 1998. i would scan it for you but i can't these days. however i noticed someone was selling it on ebay recently.
