Personally, I think Deco is good but not as good as the hype suggests and he's definitely no Rui Costa. By the way has Rui left yet? What about Seedorf? <_< Rui Costa left he went back to Portugal, I believe Sporting, and Seedorf got his #10 jersey <_<

I like how Barca use Deco actually. His slick passing and distribution upfield from Xavi coupled with some defensive grit is a really good way of playing him. He's not noticed as much, but without Deco and Xavi, Barca couldn't function half as well. Xavi I really like (Y) There is just something about Deco I don't like <_< He's no Rui Costa

Deco doesn't penetrate as well. They do have Merida and Dos Santos in the junior systems though. Deco is a very over rated player, I don't really like him, but he can play in the same position as Ronnie
