It has something to do with mass market marketability. You can't advertise visible nipples on Instagram, and you might offend potential customers in the US for some reason. Editing them out or using pasties eliminates the potential problem, and 98% of images are edited anyway for catalogue work especially, pasties save time on editing. Not much mystery why they do it.

My guess/assumption: Rich family. Cavanis isn't her real last name supposedly either. My guess is that it's so she retains anonymity and nobody knows who her family is. Well yes. Their body is the main source of income, next comes ability to walk, present themselves and other physical skills. Then you either sign with a good agency, get a manager and agent OR you need to be skilled at marketing and self promotion. That is often why women don't get "big" on instagram or onlyfans. They think "I am attractive. Now give me money." but there are a lot of women who are attractive enough, the 1% are the ones with big well connected agencies or the ones who know how to sell themselves as a brand.

I have a feeling she's not the easiest to work with. She did S-Shaped, then not anymore. She did those lingerie shots, which were partially see through, then didn't promote it or even seemed to acknowledge the photog who did the shot. Then the shoot with that Alexander guy who she complained about (IIRC) that it was too "sexy" or something. She might not know what direction she wants to go. Where she might be worried to box herself into a certain category and maybe that means she takes some jobs she regrets after, but also doesn't seem to want to actively "find work" IE pick a direction and work with the right people to achieve that? Again just the feeling that I get.
