Was in a car wreck a couple years ago, also know someone who was struck while crossing the street. It sucks. I hope she hired in a personal injury lawyer, that was one of my early mistakes, not doing it soon enough. One thing I'd really suggest is a low inflammation diet, like low carb or ketogenic.
