i wonder why she avoided the red carpet at the CFDAs? those are the only 2 pics i've been able to find online at all.

i'm very torn between 2003 and 2001. 2001 was brilliant. it was when i first fell in love with Karolina Kurkova (she opened the show in the huge santa boots -- GLORIOUS!) and it had tyra looking HOT and Eva H. and Rie Rasmussen. But, 2003 was perfection too. the editing was great, the models were wonderful, the music was totally on par. i loved how the music changed for every single model (either subtely or dramatically). it really left an impression of the actual model and her walk. for example, EVERY time i hear "Rockstar" by N.E.R.D, i am immediately pleased to have a vision of Tyra strutting down the runway. Same with "Bring Me To Life" by Evanescence --- it just instantly makes me think of KK and her 'pony-walk' == as Oprah calls it. 2005 sucked, IMO. the music was really terrible, not properly edited to the models, and the filming was soooo wrong.

i usually find Veronica Varekova to be quite bland --- BUT this picture remains one of my absolute FAVOURITE pictures i've ever seen in SI. there is just something magical about it. i remember the first time i saw it. she looks completely magnificent here. if only someone had it in HQ. it would really make my day!

I use different fragrances depending on things like the Season, Weather, Temperature, Day/Evening, Location, Event, etc etc. Today, it was beautiful and sunny and warm, so I wore one of my favourites: "Original Vetyver", by CREED. it is spectacular and makes me thing of fresh summer days at my family's cottage. yesterday, it was raining, so i wore "Voleur de Roses", by L'Artisan. It smells just exactly as you would imagine an english rose garden would smell after a big rain fall. very dense and rich and wonderful. it totally depends on your mood as well. when i'm in a totally chilled, relaxed mood and i just wanna putter around feeling like a hippy (on a hot summer day) then i'll usually wear "Eau D'Orange Verte", by Hermes. it has a really strong and fresh citrusy top note, but dries down to a great patchouli base.

Naomi Campbell is 36 YEARS OLD!!! what other woman on this Earth has such utterly flawless and superb skin as Naomi??! and is there ANYONE who has a body that is THAT toned and sculpted and perfect?!?! its actually astonishing. she is the epitome of what it means to achieve humanity's pinnacle of external excellence.
