@toodarnhot isn't she? if only she was a model again, I'd love to see her in VS and South Sudanese women are on fire right now in the fashion industry! it seems almost every African model is always from South Sudan and it makes sense! They're natural born models: unique and exotic features and very long limbs haha and I couldn't agree more! I was so excited a dark skinned black model was finally given a VS contract, especially as high-profile as being a PINK spokesmodel but Zuri hasn't wowed me yet -

@Sanni No not me haha I wish I was that gorgeous and I'm 50/50 with Zuri, I like her as a person since I've met her before in Miami but not as a model...she has no energy at all in her editorials or shoots and has the same dull and lifeless face expressions (which sucks because she's gorgeous and looks like a doll) and she has very little runway experience but she's also very lovely in person. I think she'd be just a good commercial model (like H&M or Forever 21 but not VS). Leomie would've been a much better PINK spokesmodel

Oh haha @Sanni that's a South Sudanese-Australian YouTuber and former model Nikki Perkins! She stopped modeling a couple of years ago but her younger sister is currently a high-fashion model (Duckie Thot). I really which Nikki would go back to being a model, she has amazing potential and could seriously be the next big thing! I can definitely see Victoria's Secret using her! Just look at her!

That's true, it only worked back then when we only had 6 or 7 Angels maximum so regular models were able to open and close segments. But now with 14? it's gonna be much harder. I remember last year's show when Joan closed Dark Angels with the bing wings, everyone was pissed because it should've been Lais.

"EAT OYSTERS AND POST PICTURES OF HER DOG" that's the funniest thing I've ever read omg but you're so right...VS was her only runway experience which you can easily tell. Honestly, I think Leomie Anderson would've been a much better PINK spokesmodel. She's gorgeous and has the charisma, energy, runway experience, has had many high-profle shoots and campaigns, has a huge following (even celebrities like Khloe Kardashian and Rihanna are friends with her). She would've been a better spokesmodel than Zuri tbh.

Oh wow thanks for that info! In the NYC VS PINK stores, Zuri is heavily used (alongside Brooke) and Grace is usually seen solo from what I've noticed. Like you can't go anywhere without seeing Zuri and Brooke together, that's very interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if they used Dilone as PINK spokesmodel since she closed last year but that doesn't mean anything since she never modeled for the brand.

with Behati and Candice returning it's gonna be really hard to have every Angel "get something" special for them like closing, opening, FB, Swarovski outfit, huge wings etc etc. that's the problem with having too many Angels...which is why every year from now on, we'll be seeing Angels with 2 outfits maximum which is ridiculous. VS really needs to cut some Angels and just have them be models for the show IMO. Stella, Romee, Martha and Lily need to go. We have enough blondes as it is and they're all starting to look alike. I love Lily but she's starting to age and is just boring now. I think she has a good career to the point she doesn't have to rely on an Angel status anymore. Leaving just Adriana. Alessandra, Behati, Candice, Elsa, Josephine, Jasmine, Lais, Sara and Taylor. 10 Angels is more than enough and we can finally have the Angels get 3 outfits again!!!

I think Jojo won't open again this year tbh, since she opened last year AND had the Swarovski outfit but we'll see of course. I can't definitely see Grace being put into the mainline and get two outfits (obvs 1 for PINK) and I don't think she'll open again this year either, most likely Brooke or Zuri (I hope it's Zuri, she just needs to work on her expressions).

That definitely won't stop VS from repeating but I just hope this year we get something fresh. Also...enough with the unnecessary wings. I get everybody loves wings but look at the 2005, 2006 and 2008 shows...every segment only had one pair or two pairs of wings and some segments had NONE at all and still were fabulous! (Come Fly With Me in 2006 and The Modern in 2008). Having almost every model and angel wear wings in the same segment is very messy and distracting and takes away from the prestige of what it means to be an "Angel". They should just do like two or three pairs of wings in each segment and make them big, glamorous and fabulous like they used to be.

I want to see an all red segment, like all red lingerie, red jewelry, red pieces and red wings big and small. That would be such a sexy segment and it should be called "Red Hot Romance". Also if they were to ever do this segment they should bring back the rose petals falling from the ceiling (like in ballet de fleur in 2008) I think the song "Love is Blindless" by Jack White would be perfect for this segment because it's strong, very rock-ish but also runway appropriate to walk to

I think it'll go like this: 1. Candice will open the show 2. Adriana will open a segment 3. Sara or Jasmine will open a segment 4. Grace or Zuri will open PINK 5. Alessandra or Elsa will open a segment 6. Behati will open the last segement with the FB I also think Maria will wear the Swarovski outfit, this has been a really great year for her and she just landed a L'Oreal contract. Although it'd be nice to see an angel in the Swarovski outfit, it's usually traditionally given to a model so that'd be lovely to see Maria rock that outfit.

I really hope we get an Asian angel sometime soon before the show (Sui or Ming but my best bet is on Sui) and they finally drop one or two angels from the current lineup. Also, I really hope they utilize the location. Shanghai is a very technological advanced city and is incredibly beautiful. They should really start changing the runway because it's getting boring. I wouldn't mind the LED runway this year because it's very fitting.

I'm disappointed they didn't highlight her or have the camera at least show her....I mean, she is a former Angel smfh also Noemie Lenoir was in the front row audience as well with her husband!

I think Milan or Rome would be AMAZING! Shanghai is quite unique considering the conservative nature of that city so idk how it'll come about but we'll see I guess! And no problem the last sketch really makes me crave for Christmas segment again for next year's show! It's been 9 years since we had a non-wintery ice or snow Christmas segment!

There's been rumors that the next VSFS will be held in Shanghai next year! My friend who works in China said when they were interviewing Alessandra she said she was happy the brand is now becoming globalized and said she couldn't wait for all the other angels to see Shangai and China soon I feel like it going to Asia will be a good look for them. The VSFS has already been popular in China for about 4 years or so and the marketing will be amazing! Also...there may be a possibility they'll hire an Asian Angel if that's the case. My best bets are on Sui He or Ming Xi
