@Sanni @breakneckspeed Disney is absolutely ruthless when it comes to copyright, however, the issue wasn't with Disney (as to why the segment got scrapped), it was because of the ABC show Once Upon A Time. They both have the same name and ABC didn't want their show being associated with VS. The segment was based off of various fairytales and/or princesses, not Disney inspired. Serkan mentioned that the looks they added for the segment was Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Little Mermaid, Little Red Riding Hood, Snow White, Legend of King Arthur (hence the knight sketch) etc etc. None which were Disney-inspired, just taking inspiration from original fairytales. I don't see why they couldn't have just changed the name of the segment to avoid a lawsuit though...then again VS is NEVER smart when it comes to these things.

I actually prefer Todd's drawings since they were very old fashioned and like you mentioned, when brought to life, they were INCREDIBLE. Jane's is alright but sometimes it can come across as way too cutesy and not sexy like Todd's earliest designs. They should do what they did in 2013 (the last good or decent show IMO) and have Todd AND Jane work on the designs together again.

@*Luna* You're very welcome! and unfortunately that is the only sketch of the segment that was leaked such a pity because I think if executed well, it would've been a really amazing segment. Serkan Cura, designer for VS, mentioned that they had wings that resembled a spinning wheel like from Sleeping Beauty, Swarovski wings that were supposed to represent Cinderella and a 10 ft long Red cloak for Little Red Riding Hood that would've closed the whole show...I'd really love to see the designs for them

@*Luna* @gotportugal @ceceshores There actually was supposed to be a GoT/medieval segment but it was for the 2012 show it was called "Once Upon A Time" and it got cut due to copyright infringement and was replaced with Angels in Bloom (which is why you rarely see any Angels in Bloom sketches for the show other than the FB). Ale's Floral Fantasy Bra was also supposed to be for that segment but I heard they redesigned it last minute months before the show to fit the floral/bloom theme which explains a lot actually. Here's the sketch for the Once Upon A Time segment.

@breakneckspeed It wasn't for the 2013 show, but the 2012 show. It was supposed to be like a princesses/knights/fairytale type of segment in which aspects of Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty etc were to be used but Todd had it cut due to copyrights with Disney etc. So Angels in Bloom ended up replacing it. Also, the Fantasy Bra was supposed to be for that segment I heard.

Ancient Roman/Greek Goddess....Glamour Goddess VSFS 2008 Enchanted Garden...Ballet de Fleur VSFS 2008, Enchanted Forest VSFS 2009, Fairytale VSFS 2014 and Exotic Butterflies VSFS 2015. No more, it's already been done to death. Hamptons/Sailor...Age of Elegance VSFS 2007 A Vegas/showgirl segment would be amazing, so much you can do with it, it would be a great opening segment to get the audience pumped up and intrigued. Sequins, glitter, boas, feathers headpieces, fluffy wings, LED wings...the options are endless. However I do love the idea of a Kawaii-themed PINK segment, I think it goes hand in hand, IF it's executed well, it could turn out very memorable and cute. A Pride/Rainbow themed segement would be waaaay too politically controversial for something like VS to tackle so I can't ever see that happening, also they kinda did the "rainbow" theme in the VSFS 2010 PINK segment.

I wish VS would have a segment with ONLY the strongest walkers in the show like they used to. A strong line up (especially as an opening segment) sets the tone for the WHOLE show. The last past 3 years we have had terrible opening segments because of a shitty lineup. I think the only Angels with good and strong runway walks are: Candice, Adriana, Jasmine, Elsa, Sara and Romee. If you could do a dream segment lineup of Angels (only current Angels) and models (only models who are part of VS or you think would walk the show), who would be in it? mine would be like this in order from who would open and who would close: Candice Swanepoel- (opening) Irina Shayk Joan Smalls Elsa Hosk Liu Wen Sara Sampaio Yasmin Wijnaldum (she's perfect for VS and has such a strong walk!) Georgia Fowler Imaan Hammam (VS was stupid for letting her go...they really need to bring her back) Constance Jablonski Jasmine Tookes Romee Strijd (not a fan of her, but her walk and body is amazing) Cindy Bruna Adriana Lima- (closing)

I couldn't agree more. The duo Fantasy Bra was given to Adri and Ale to celebrate their many years of success at VS for more than a decade. They are the oldest Angels of the brand and it was rewarded to them because they are the most senior and if it were given to any other Angels (like Bee and Candi) it loses is meaning.

a big surprise? that could mean Tyra, Karlie or any other former Angel (except Gisele, Miranda or Erin considering they left VS on bad terms) might make a comeback. Or...Angels finally getting 3 outfits again? or...maybe Barbara F is just talking about the looks this year, from what I've heard. Despite being slightly repetitive...the outfits are actually supposedly really good compared to the last past years. It's very reminiscent of the old VS.

I LOVED Ballet de Flyers It was a very beautifully done segment and was very memorable. But I see where you're coming from, I really miss VS sexy and tough type of segments. Also if they do decide on a colorful trippy segment, it shouldn't be messy and all over the place like: Exotic Traveler, Boho Psychedelic and The Road Ahead. Those were hot messes.

I want to see an all red segment, like all red lingerie, red jewelry, red pieces and red wings big and small. That would be such a sexy segment. Also if they were to ever do this segment they should bring back the rose petals falling from the ceiling (like in ballet de fleur in 2008). Also I think a 1920s flapper segment is looooooong overdue! That would be such a glamorous and sexy segment.

Thank you @bump his designs are absolutely breathtaking! They're very reminiscent of the earlier shows and I love that they have a "couture" element to it like the shows from 2000-2008.
