I agree, it's for the editing: they have a lot of different cameras in place, both fixed around and in front the runway, and others manned by cameramen that actually walk besids the models (only in the first show take where there aren't the celebrities). It would be impossible to manage all that footage and switch to the best views on the spot, the editing work is required to mix all those diffrent camera point of views togheter to highligth the best moments (or anyway the ones VS wants to, like 3 uncut minutes of Kendull in 2015...). On regular fashion shows you usually have only a frontal point of view, or maybe two or three other cameras at most, but not the dozens they have at the VS show. And they have to add all the documentary parts and the backstage action, to make the public have a glimpse of the models life.

Yes you are right, I didn't mention it before becuase while they changed a bit the color and model of lingerie the outift was still the same, same wings and style of boots.

btw I'm a dude, and her personal style isn't bad, the looks she wears in her normal life when she goes out are nice, it's the red carpet ones that in the past weren't always good, but now her stylists are doing a great job, I don't remember even one bad outfit this year. I hope to see again something like her iconic 2016 fittings look, where she went like "f***k fashion, it's cold in NY so I'm going to wear jeans under my elegant dress, and a flannel jacket and also a fur coat." And she killed it anyway lol

I think Adriana can choose, but "knowing" how she is I guess she never refused anything, I mean, she was even satisfied with that shitty 2016 Secret Angels look that yes, she made shine anyway, but she could have requested any other better outfit and she didn't even then with that mess of a costume. The only 2 times I have seen pictures of her doing fittings for differents outfits from what she ended to use on the runway were in 2008, she had something that was more similar to Maryna's look then hers but I guess they were still building the outfit becuase it didn't look finished or ready, and 2010, with that huge wings that were too big to fit into the bars of the opening choreography so they changed her look and gave a modified version of that outfit, with smaller wings, to Magdalena.

Both them and the brand would sell their souls for publicity... So this year's show is basically a VIP only live concert with models on the stage too as coreography... And let's not think of the editing, where in 40 minutes they will show 0.0000000000000000000001 seconds the models, 10 minutes of Kendull and the Hadids and 30 minutes of musical artists... Really VS is incredible, each year I think they reached the bottom of the disaster pit but they always manage to prove me wrong the next time... 🤢
