  1. I've been saying for years that SI was moving away from being a men's magazine. It's more or less a money grab for them now as they went from showcasing indie designers doing it for free exposure (and sending them thousands of suits in the process only to not get them back... the level of shade I could tell you about), to companies like Nike paying to be in the magazine... As they shifted away from a Men's magazine and moved towards woman - SI Magazine became a glorified Swimsuit Catalog. I spoke with Kesler and he thinks that the reason the pictures look back is 90% editing and again a shift in more basic posing/pictures. They're trying to sell the swimsuits, not the sexy models.
  2. The pictures are fine to post as they aren't from his Pateron
  3. I'm talking to him, one sec
  4. ...... oh KEKW
  5. Kesler Tran patreon is NOT TO BE POSTED on BZ. Period

  8. Looking at the videos, and yeah it's definitely something with the retouching, or the pictures being picked because on film most of them look significantly better. (still drab looking af though)
  9. Wishful thinking It's been this way for 5+ years. For every 1-2 good pictures that are eye catching, there are like 10 that are so lifeless. I don't know if it's the photographers they're using, or the models just forgot how to look appealing or sexy, or MJ choice in picture selection, or even the retouchers fucking with the coloring, I dunno, it's just so drab.
  10. The level of underwhelming so far...
  11. “Westworld” Creators Developing “Fallout” TV Series for Amazon The latest smash hit video game franchise to make the leap to the small screen is “Fallout,” with the announcement made today that the creators of “Westworld” are developing a series for Amazon Studios. Kilter Films’ Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy are executive producing the project, which has been given a series commitment for Amazon Prime Video. Amazon teases, “The world of Fallout is one where the future envisioned by Americans in the late 1940s explodes upon itself through a nuclear war in 2077. The magic of the Fallout world is the harshness of the wasteland set against the previous generation’s utopian idea of a better world through nuclear energy. It is serious and harsh in tone, yet sprinkled with moments of ironic humor and B-movie-nuclear-fantasies.” “Over the last decade, we looked at many ways to bring Fallout to the screen,” said Todd Howard, Executive Producer at Bethesda Game Studios. “But it was clear from the moment I first spoke with Jonah and Lisa a few years ago, that they and the team at Kilter were the ones to do it right. We’re enormous fans of their work and couldn’t be more excited to work with them and Amazon Studios.” “Fallout is one of the greatest game series of all time. Each chapter of this insanely imaginative story has cost us countless hours we could have spent with family and friends. So we’re incredibly excited to partner with Todd Howard and the rest of the brilliant lunatics at Bethesda to bring this massive, subversive, and darkly funny universe to life with Amazon Studios,” said Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, Kilter Films. “Fallout is an iconic global franchise, with legions of fans worldwide and a rich, deeply compelling storyline that powers it. And Jonah and Lisa are the perfect storytellers to bring this series to life,” said Albert Cheng, COO and Co-Head of Television, Amazon Studios. “We’re thrilled to join with Bethesda to bring Fallout to television.” “Fallout” is from Amazon Studios and Kilter Films in association with Bethesda Game Studios and Bethesda Softworks, with executive producers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, and Athena Wickham for Kilter Films, Todd Howard for Bethesda Game Studios, and James Altman for Bethesda Softworks.
  12. Candy”: Elisabeth Moss Starring in Series About a Real Life Axe Murder on Friday the 13th in 1980 The wild true story of Candy Montgomery, who killed her friend with an ax on Friday, June 13th, 1980, is coming to the small screen, with Elisabeth Moss attached to star. Reported by THR today, the limited series “Candy” is in the works at Universal Content Productions, and it’ll be shopped “to premium cable networks and streaming services.” “Candy” is based on the true story of Montgomery and her victim, Betty Gore. “Set in 1980 Texas, Candy (Moss) had it all — a loving husband with a good job, a daughter and son and a nice house in the new suburbs — and killed her friend from church with an ax.” Nick Antosca (“Channel Zero”) is executive producing alongside Robin Veith, Lindsey McManus and Elisabeth Moss. The pilot episode’s script was written by Robin Veith. Moss said in a statement shared by The Hollywood Reporter, “I have been wanting to play an anti-heroine for a while now, and have been trying to work with Robin [Veith] again after Mad Men for even longer, so when she asked me if I wanted to play a housewife from Texas who, some would say, got away with murder, I simply said, ‘Where do I sign?’ Adding the opportunity to work with Nick [Antosca] after his incredible work on The Act was like taking a delicious dessert and putting 100 cherries on top. My producing partner Lindsey [McManus] and I are so thrilled to be partnering with them and Alex and Scott and everyone at UCP on a show that I believe is truly going to be like no other we’ve done and will be a role like none I’ve ever played.”
  13. I just don't understand why there is this resurgence in victim mentality happening. I'm so dismayed by everything that's happening lately and I'm frustrated that I can't do anything to change it. Fascinating interview
  14. National Parks are too white now? I give up. America's national parks face an existential crisis over race So it's white people's fault that POC don't visit Yellowstone more often because they feel out of place..... and scared KEKW? It's not the whites you need to be scared of.... Mother Nature who can turn on a dime is a big problem, and Mrs Grizzly Bear with her Buffalo, and Moose friends can fuck your day up pretty bad. How fuck does this make sense... I'm just fucking done...
  15. This was absolutely disgusting. So will the left defend this too? Or will they ignore it like the rest of the rioting, looting and beatings?

  20. New Trailer for Lovecraft Country: What is reality?” Welcome to “Lovecraft Country.” HBO’s new horror-drama series, based on the 2016 novel by Matt Ruff of the same name, debuts this August, and a new teaser has arrived today. The series follows Atticus Freeman (Jonathan Majors) as he joins up with his friend Letitia (Jurnee Smollett-Bell) and his Uncle George (Courtney B. Vance) to embark on a road trip across 1950s Jim Crow America in search of his missing father (Michael Kenneth Williams). This begins a struggle to survive and overcome both the racist terrors of white America and the terrifying monsters that could be ripped from an H.P. Lovecraft paperback.

  22. Listening to live Atlanta Police Dispatch - Zone 6 East - Dead Air O.o The second day the cops in Atlanta aren't on duty for the most part. Atlanta Police Zone 2 sign says office is temporarily closed. Police officers across the U.S have quit their jobs in recent days and tonight reports of Atlanta officers walking off the job in zone 6 and zone 3 is next. #BackTheBlue "Atlanta police officers are refusing to answer the radio and walking off of the job. The county can go screw themselves. If you want a society without police we’ll give you one. Let it burn!" quote from ATL police officer's email Well, there you have it. There are 9,650 streamers listening to absolute silence to @Atlanta_Police dispatch zone 6. Another 1,349 listening to zone 5! It is absolute silence besides the one supervisor trying to figure out what to do! Congrats Officers! Wait until the “protesters” find out there is no PD Atlanta Police Radio Silence 3 hours and counting for Zones 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. One ground report that Zone 1 Police are on duty. #Atlanta Police Department, Zone 1: Everyone is here. Cop confirmed that he heard about other zones walking off I tried calling multiple Atlanta police stations non-emergency numbers, no answer Reports that all Atlanta police dispatchers have also walked away from their jobs. The Atlanta Police radio silence is deafening - it appears they have Walked Away. Police Zone 5 shares scanner with Fire dept, no police calls are happening. Atlanta Police Zone 5 and Fire Dispatch - no police calls, only paramedic, etc. (on Broadcastify). Listening to Atlanta Police Dispatch Zone 6 East ... 1 radio call in 20 mins answered only by a Supervisor --- I'm heart broken
  23. My grandparents had a pair of them when I was young and I found that if you raise them from chicks they're completely fine with you... you are the food bringer, and they're smart enough to recognize that, and as long as you learn it's demeanor and body language you can more often then not avoid kicks.. As for expensive meh... subjective. You can get a baby for 500-600, and my family has horses so giving them the space and food they need isn't an issue at all. I just don't know if I want to put the time into raising one. I may be getting a Bullmastiff puppy soonish and would rather put the time and energy into properly training the doge.
