Example without using Pepe You're excited about something. Rather then write something like "OMG! HOLY SHIT!", twitch will use PogChamp = This video will show Chat Spam using emotes and text. You'll see Pepe being used a couple of times because people are happy It's kinda both. Depends on who you're talking to. To the Liberal Media and SJW's they see a lot of twitch emotes as the bastion of the Alt-Right (mostly because they can't meme and get trolled hard by us when we use them).
