I didn't know VS considered the football cape to be wings. They're majorly stretching it with that. If that's the case, then they probably consider Doutzen having two pairs of wings this year too: the white ones for the ballet segment and her mantilla wings for Passion Play.

Adriana didn't have two pairs of wings last year. Those red skull shoulder pads do not count as wings in my book, and her Game On outfit had a cape. Ale's Victorian collar, Miranda's shoulder pads, and Doutzen's finale cape from 2009 don't count as wings to me either. I can't see a second pair of wings for Adriana this year either. Her Superhero outfit is a cape, her red and black outfit doesn't have one either. The only wings I see are for the purple outfit.

Ballet themed? I'm guessing this will be black swan inspired. The description of that outfit sounds like this sketch.

Izabel's been tweeting about her fittings, and Izabel's actually been the only model tweeting any real info related to the show. Even angels that we know have been to fittings aren't saying anything. We've only gotten crickets from Selita since her initial tweet a few days before casting started. I'm starting to question if she'll be there.

I'm not really believing the 50+ models. I'll have to see it to believe it. I don't buy that Brazilian blog's castlist either. It looks just like the first casting board breakdown from TFS. Lily Donaldson was confirmed. Todd tweeted about doing her fitting, but she's not listed.

What does Erin have on? She had to have known that Candice was going to go tight with her clothing, so her dress makes her look frumpy next to her. Today would have been a good time to wear one of those Herve dresses that she can't seem to tear herself away from. This is event has too much much white, too much blonde hair. VS really doesn't need to pair them together alone. They don't look alike, but these two are cut from the same mold. They need a model with a different look to break up the monotony.

If Rosie doesn't want to do the show anymore, then there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. She's already done it 5 years in a row. If she's over it, then she's over it. Not everyone wants to go into the panty pusher hall of fame.

Automated? It's probably too much to ask for slightly sped up / metal mash up for that segment.That could be such a dark and powerful segment. But it's quite clear that VS isn't that cool, and the models themselves would probably ruin it by smiling and pointing. It'll just remain the best segment ever in my head.

Why does Selita give me an "I'm never, ever going to let go" vibe? She'll be 76 years old, face full of make-up, still talking about VS like she never got dropped as an angel. I'm so going to start calling her Baby Jane.

VS needs a new opener in the worst way, so hopefully this happens. I wonder if CBS putting it in the press release so early means it was their call to have someone other than Adriana open. Usually the opener is kept more secretive until we analyze the boards for clues in the days before the show. Ceelo's costume will probably be better than half of the outfits in the actual segment but I like that he's going to be there. Maroon 5 need to get stuck or stranded somewhere. I'd be just fine with them not showing up.

CBS can only edit what they're given. It's time for a new opener.

Like Lily's version more. Her body is insane in this shot, and it could have been the cover. Lily's fan picture is cover worthy too - maybe not the actual Christmas cover, but one of the holiday season covers for sure. This picture isn't in the catalog either.
