Lindsay went to castings in both 2009 and 2010. If she had an angel deal, then she wouldn't have had to go that route. She got the "new face" billing in 2009, but she probably didn't become an angel at the same time the others did. Her work fell off for VS in 2010, and it only started increasing again with the Valentine's stuff that came out early this year. I think Lindsay got her angel deal some time after the 2010 show or in early 2011 after Rosie went AWOL. She definitely wasn't on the same level as the others prior to this year, not if she had to do castings. Lindsay at the 2010 casting Also with Erin, yes she got a pre-show credit in 2009, but like Lindsay and Emanuela, she also had to do castings in that year. Unlike Lindsay and Emanuela though, Erin wasn't part of all of the initial "new face" foolishness, so the timing of her being given contract seems to be a little after the others, maybe shortly after the 2009 show was filmed or maybe even early 2010. Lais may or may not be an angel, but like Siemgi, I need to see her on the site. Say what you will about the models who stayed on after their deals were up, but you at least need to get on there to have a little bit of weight behind your name. In models that I like more than Lais news: Jasmine Tookes is shooting with VS again. She's doing a swim shoot in Turks & Caicos tomorrow. She also did the Bora Bora and St Barths shoots, so VS at least likes her enough at the moment to keep inviting her back. She just had some lingerie pictures released that were probably shot back in September or October, and there's no telling if she's done other studio shoots for them in the meantime.

Lima's VS swim peak was probably 5 years ago so if she'd gone the SI route, it should have been back then. People complain about the VS quality going down in recent years, but the SI quality is even worse. Maybe it's a combination of VS limitations and SI possibly not being a high desired job for some models anymore. It certainly doesn't seem to be the coup that it once was because even beyond VS, there are models who are not angels that you think would have done SI at some point, and they haven't. They don't have VS contracts limiting them.

All Behati said was that 2011 wasn't her last VSFS. Technically, Izabel hasn't gone anywhere since getting dropped either. She still keeps doing the fashion show. If Elsa is taking over pink, then where does that leave Behati? Behati's done only one or two events in the last year or so, and pink has always been more of her thing than Chanel's. It's not like Behati's exactly been burning up the VS mainline bookings herself recently.

Absolutely stunning aren't the words I'd use to describe that picture. It's obviously all a matter of individual opinion. But I suppose good for Joan on making the show this year after she got rejected last year.

Joan is only pretty when she smiles, and she doesn't do that too often. The rest of the time she looks harsh, cold, and old. Those aren't particularly ideal traits for one of the biggest commercial gigs in the world.

In the first picture, this is the segment right before pink. Adriana is #55. In the second picture, you can see that there is someone after Adriana in this segment which would be #56. That would make #57 as the first model out in the pink section. If Elsa keeps her same position, then she is #58.
