Yes, I know but maybe she doesn't know how to instal it. Jasc is very easy to use. I have to go now, but I'll post tutorial tonight.

I did was, instead of clicking AIV for output, i clicked GIF on super vid converter

and it works for me..

You're right. But it you have codecs it can open avi files too.

OMG it worked...but not with the codecs but with the converter...maybe I did something wrong while the installation but thank you so much both

but when i put a file in to convert the same message comes:

That's the same thing that happening to me right

now... like it just started doing it out of the blue..

I'm going to try to uninstall and install again..
