Regardless if the person who's depicted on the photos agrees with it, you'd still need to get the permission of the actual photographer which you obviously did not. Please understand that Fotolog is all about sharing your OWN photos not those somebody else took. As for paying for a Gold Cam membership and then being allowed to break the rules: it's not working that way. You can't buy your way out of it. Your account remains closed.
