I find the face, the 2 long front teeth and smile (with the very thin upper lip) extremely similar on the Cosmo cover and on the Freundin cover on the comp, I have to admit BUT on the comp it states brown eyes and the Cosmo girl has light eyes. Transparent colored contact lenses existed in 85 but none that were printed and that could cover brown eyes - the printed ones that covered dark eyes came only in around 1990/1991. So possibly not Victoria :(
