kind of odd no new pics at all???

Well, she is old enough to have quit I guess.

she hasn't done much since becoming the La Senza girl a few years ago

She got to the point where she had a long term (and I'm assuming fairly lucrative) commercial contract and didn't have to work as hard and could focus on diversifying. She's opened up her own modeling agency in her home country with Karlina Caune almost two years ago, and has been spending a good amount of her time and energy building up her own company. She also runs a modelling camp/school in Latvia. She does have some new work out as well, it just hasn't been posted by anyone.
