If you are not satisfied with the customer service, you can report it, if the reporters pass the limit, the person will be fired. If you look at the opening segments of the last three fashion shows where they list the angels, Adriana's name has always come before Alessandra. I doubt that's a coincidence. Alessandra might do more catalogue shoots, but if VS follows their usual pattern, then I'm expecting to see them promote Adriana more.As for the other angels - it's time for Heidi to go (like, seriously go) She doesn't do catalogues anymore, and she's been moving more and more into other areas. It's time for her to call it a wrap. I think it's a safe bet that Miranda's an angel now, and I'd like to see them stick with that line-up (Adriana, Alessandra, Karolina, Selita, Izabel, and Miranda) for a few years. Love her! No one is going to like her because she isn't Gisele which is a bit ridiculous in my opinion, Gisele was always going to move on and someone will take her place in status and ability one day!
