First I'd try and figure out what the hell happened, then I'd most likely freak out for awhile, the go through a mourning period, then I'd begin to explore.

And note you said the last Human on earth.. SOOOO animal's would still be around...

Animals (even domestic ones) will often revert back to their primal insincts when they haven't eaten in a long time, thus I become a prey item after awhile. Animals bad!

So ok.. I'd be freaked the f*ck out.
